Our carpets were a mess. 3 senior pets had left terrible stains I thought would never come up and the smell was awful. Honestly, wasn't expecting much. Well! They got almost all the stains, moved furniture and replaced. 2 big rooms and hallway took about an hour. Smells so fresh. Reasonable pricing. No upselling or hidden charges. Very upfront. We had an emergency and our water fountain spilled and left a stain on our carpet. I called the…read moreowner and he had his technician out to give us an estimate in a couple of hours. We received the estimate within an hour of the technician being here and scheduled the work the next day. The technician explained his work and gave us some tips to keep the stains away and he was extremely respectful and courteous! We will use Steam-A-Way again!
