Order number tickets

Got the California crunch roll and thoroughly enjoyed it, love how it's covered in fried onions! I also got a mango boba, along with two taro bobas to go for friends. Super yummy blended boba and a big size for $7.50. The gal running the shop was fast and kind, and I liked the cool order number tickets they used. Cool vibe! Would recommend!

Spicy Ramen (lvl 6)

The Fatty Tuna truck was in Murray by my work for lunch today. I was impressed with the size of their menu and wanted to try way more things than I had room for. My coworkers ordered sushi rolls and enjoyed them (Fatty Tuna, Crunch Roll, Vegas Roll). I ordered the spicy ramen level 6 which was flavorful and had a nice but manageable kick. Service was very fast and workers were friendly. I hope they come back so I can try some appetizers next time!

This is a Taiwanese-owned food truck that sometimes stops in Orem. The chef and the staff are all bilingual in Chinese and in English. Menu items are extremely diverse and are what I consider Asian-Fusion (here, specifically a combination of Taiwanese, Chinese, and Japanese dishes). Some go-tos if this is your first time: -Sesame Ball. Excellent friend snack with some sweet red bean inside. They nail down the texture perfectly. -Fatty Tuna roll. A nice spin on a Japanese classic with some interesting fixings. Rice is mediocre, sometimes being too soft -Tonkatsu roll. A Japanese classic. Comes with perfectly cooked Egg, the tonkatsu pork, and some general Japanese ramen fixings. -Takoyaki. A fried ball with shrimp and potato/rice inside. Another spin on a Japanese classic with some Taiwanese flair to it (if you've ever roamed the Taiwanese night markets, you'll know what I mean). -BBQ Pork bun. Comparable with the Chasiu bao from HK dimsum, but deep friend and golden! If you are lucky to check this place out, try out any of the items above or ask for their recommendations. This truck is a seriously awesome Asian fusion all-rounder and highly recommended from yours truly!

This is the meat (fat balls I pulled from the Ramen) No edible meat.

Miso Ramen: Broth, Ramen noodles and 6 balls of pork fat. No vegetables. The fat gave a little flavor to the broth, but no way I could eat them. I think the dog would like them, but I'm afraid she would get sick.

Raw chicken

Food was ok. Too greasy for me, but the menu had lots of options. However, some of my chicken was raw.

We went to ShredFest at Liberty Park and Fatty Tuna was here. We decided to try them. Delicious! We got a bowl of ramen, the BBQ pork buns, and sesame balls with red bean paste. The ramen was huge and very tasty. The BBQ pork buns were made with a sweet dough...not traditional but tasty. The sesame balls were very good and I'm not typically a fan. I have never reviewed a food truck before and had to add it as a business to do so. But I appreciate large portions at a reasonable price especially for food trucks. Additionally, they had several appetizer options that more than one person can taste and share. This is what more food trucks should do. As when you're reading at a food truck you're usually walking around and at the place for a while so more snack items make sense and are appreciated. Finally, the gave us a buy 10 get one free meal card. I love it! Bottomline, if you're at an event work food trucks look for this one. I hope Fatty Tuna is here to stay.

This is my favorite food truck at the moment. For the past five weeks, I have sought out and gotten dinner from this truck once per week. The spicy ramen is fantastic!

California roll and a crunchy roll.

Food was really good, the service was good, they were a food truck that parked at my workplace. I enjoyed the food and I would recommend it.

Mexico's gift to the world is tacos and the very best of these is brought to you by Carnitas Las…read moreMichoacanas in Orem. Prepare yourself for a trip south of the border to the Mexican state of Michoacán located just under 100 miles west of Mexico City. There you will be in the one of several disputed origins of the melt-in-your mouth "pulled pork" of Mexico known as carnitas. By a stroke of serendipity, I found myself on State Street in Orem when I caught the word carnitas emblazoned on the side of an otherwise unremarkable little eatery. I made it a point to check it out after watching a ballet performance at the SCERA theater. As you can already surmise, I was not disappointed. Walking inside I was met by a friendly taquero and tables filled with native Spanish speakers. All signs said thus was going to be good. I chose a combo plate with two massive, stuffed carnitas tacos and a carne asada street-sized taco. Although it was quite tasty, the asada was just an afterthought for me. After pouring on some spicy salsa roja and a guacamole sauce with a topping of onions and cilantro I tucked into the best or at least top-3 carnitas tacos I've ever had. This is from someone who searches out this porcine delicacy wherever I travel. (See my other review of a surprising contender in the Lava Hot Springs KOA-Taqueria Pelayo-I'm not kidding.) The rest of the best are in California. You can get your carnitas "mixtos" or "solo carne." If you're not into skin, fat and offal, stick with the straight carne, The taquero knows that the best carnitas is given a crispy finish and coarsely chopped. After spying the home style refritos and arroz on a neighboring table, I went back for sides. Who needs a diet anyway? All told, I couldn't have been happier. Great food, friendly service with good English but willing to allow a gringo the opportunity to practice Spanish - I only wish it was closer to my home in South Jordan. LMK if you can recommend a similar spot in SLC or surrounds.

This place has the best tacos, ever! I kid you not…read more If you're a "gringo," go with straight carnitas to play it safe. I recommend the Gringos Amazing. The owner is really nice too.
