    Received very poor quality customer service/ interaction with male associate on 1/15/26 around…read more10:40am. I requested tape to secure a set of music instruments (drums with mallets) together prior to return to Amazon. Associate insisted I just put it in a plastic bag, took item from my hands, and did this action. I repeated my desire to secure the mallets to the set of drums twice. Since he refused again, I said I can just take them home, tape them, and come back. 3-4 times repeating my request he seemed to get annoyed and took the tape out, taped the mallets to the set. Amazon has recently started to refuse refunds for missing/incomplete returns, so that's my reason for the request. I'll try to remember better to tape items at home, but this was a very simple request. I have had associates handle return items and bagging recently that have shown up as "incomplete" on Amazon's and I've spent additional time trying to correct the return later. This was at a UPS store branch. I also had two items end up mislabeled (associate somehow swapped the label)- this was at another location. I am very careful in how I handle and process returns, understand mistakes can be made, but please consider the customer's request in the future. I was very clear, intentional and direct, and understand why I asked: I want to try to reduce the errors made when returning items.

To…read morebegin with I was not greeted or offered any polite customer service, it was deplorable, the man at the counter was rude and aggressive with me, I was afraid he was going to strike me out of frustration, I was frightened by his tone, he had no patience, he took His anger out on me, I was trying to be fair and give him space to help me with processing my package, all I received was heavy eye rolls and hard sighs, what ended up being the last straw for me was when he refused to process my shipping slip and tossing my package on the scale, it was then I stop him from any further contact with my The package and stated "he was being rude to me" and promptly walked out with my Package.
