On any given project, I usually request 4-5 bids so I get a feeling of the going rate and can make an informed selection. All Roses stood out from the pack by their quick response, immediate estimate (no need to come to my house to "survey" the piano environment), willingness to communicate after standard business hours, and next-day pick-up scheduling. Oh yea, most importantly: their price underbid all other competitors easily (I was frequently quoted amounts that were $100+ more! - even by the "famous" guys whose commercials you see/hear on tv/radio). They said they'd come by between 10-10:30am - they were at my house 10am on the dot. Lawrence and the rest of the friendly team quickly went to work to remove the piano.
