All Roses stood out from the pack by their quick response, immediate estimate (no need to come to my house to "survey" the piano environment), willingness to communicate after standard business hours, and next-day pick-up scheduling. Oh yea, most importantly: their price underbid all other competitors easily (I was frequently quoted amounts that were $100+ more! - even by the "famous" guys whose commercials you see/hear on tv/radio). These guys, hands down are the best in town (San Jose). They showed up on time, brought a 4 man crew, and hit the ground running. We had a hoarder house situation and felt completely overwhelmed. Lawrence, the owner, his son Felix and the crew dug in and gave us 6 hours of hard work and effort. We were absolutely thrilled with the "after" photos.
