Long story short, due to "their" prepares mess-up, per Corporate policy, I am ultimately responsible. Therefore, all H&R Block is going to do for me is refund my what I had paid for having them so "graciously" prepare my taxes. Note: if you as the consumer do not under completely what is being prepared in you 1040-EZ, or whatever format you use during taxes time, then time to hit-the-books. Once you sign on the dotted line, your responsible for what is in that packet. Stay in the know.
