Brad is a saint! Extremely patient and professional! I rented a 15x15 tent , chairs and tables. Since the weather called for rain and I couldn't decide if I should get a dance floor, Brad suggested I wait until the day of delivery to gauge the weather situation. Any other company would have pushed me to get the floor and wouldn't have cared if we used it or not. That was my concern. In case it rained for hours, the party would have been moved inside and the floor would have been a waste. They even gave me a tarp to cover and protect the dance floor. Of course it got cloudy as soon as party started so we left the tarp on for the first hour. But then it cleared up, we rolled back the tarp and everyone to the dance floor! Also, If you rent a tent , the delivery goes from $65 to $45! I've lived in Chicago my whole life and we've been in Wisconsin for the past 2 years. He was very prompt with quotes and availability and made sure everything was ready for pick up on time. He even offered help if we ran into last minute needs, which is rare these days. Great customer service over the phone. Polite, efficient and responsive. Linens were good quality, however even though they were "hung" for an extra charge, they were deeply creased. The delivery charge to our event would have cost as much as linens themselves. We set up all linens as well as removed all linens. Unfortunately, the hours of operations are 9 - 4... making it extremely difficult for working people. THERE IS NO OUTSIDE DROP BOX. We were charged an additional 1/2 of the total linen charge for bringing them back a day late. As a business owner myself, I am highly disappointed with their lack of accommodations and their aggressive nature of "over charging" customers. I can not recommend this rental company. read more

Okay, so you're throwing a big event in a 'raw' space. You have food, booze, entertainment, ice, tables, other cool stuff... you're all set. Wait. You're not. The tables are all banged up and last time I checked, splinter brown doesn't match very well with cocktail attire. Event day is looming and your budget is, all, "Oh, no you di'in't. I ain't budging one red cent. I am stretched!" And, you're all, "Zoinks!" What do you do? WHAT DO YOU DO??? You call Carousel Linen Rental, speak with some of the steadiest (and nicest) sales staff in the area, get a terrific rate on linens to cover all the tables and high boys, and do so at the 11th hour. That's what you do. I went from "Ugh." to "Word up!" in a matter of minutes once CLR was on the scene. They took care of everything. They sussed out the correct size of linens needed, number, color, delivery ($15 for delivery AND pick up; not $30; $15), and pick up with very few details. All I had to do was nod, smile, say 'yes', pay an extremely competitive rate, open the bags, put the bad boys on the table, and then stack them at the end. That's it. In a time of high-stress and combustible details, CLR was a sea of calm professionalism that calmed me down and took stress away (rather than added to) my life. If you're experiencing a party planning meltdown, call CLR. They can help. And, they'll make you look good. Who doesn't like looking good? Definitely knew what they were doing, easy to work with, fast response times to modifications, and provided very helpful professional insight. Sadly those expectations didn't carry through during our offsite delivery and scheduled pickup time when it specifically came to renting the deluxe portable toilets and hand washing station they offer. Top Choice Rentals works with third party vendors for some of their rental offerings. For our lakeside wedding reception, which occurred on a Saturday, we rented everything for our guests to have a true celebration. First of all, the hand washing station never arrived. It is now the Friday after our event and we still have portable toilets still in our yard, sitting atop recently placed sod.
