While there is a nice variety of items available and many at decent prices (some are not, so choose carefully), I was disappointed in the staff as they were more focused on stocking items than interacting with customers, and sometimes seemed bothered by our physical presence. There was an area right by the front door that had a deal where you could take a small bag and fill it with as many rocks as you like for $7. Ok...they didn't use the word rocks. It was called the Coastal Crystals Pebble Patch. So I suppose these were pebbles and not rocks. What is a pebble? A smooth stone...a rock fragment. So...related to rocks but I suppose the technical term pebble sounds more refined. But I digress! I'm not a rock person myself although I probably did appreciate them more back in my younger days. While I'm not a rock person, I do have to admit, there were some beautiful pebbles at this shop and I enjoyed rummaging through the pile of pebbles to help my daughter fill her bag. Some of the pile weren't even pebbles. Some of them were crystals. There was a sign that said "There are over 15 types of authentic crystals and minerals waiting to be found!" Stepping inside the store was fun too. They really do have some gorgeous crystals in this store. If you're someone who's into beautiful pebbles and crystals then I highly recommend this place!

The order form did state my birthday correctly. There was a knock at my door mid-morning a few days before my birthday. I didn't get to the door in time, but when I opened it, a flower arrangement was on my doorstep, with a birthday message for me from my wonderful son. The problem was...it wasn't my birthday. It was several days before my birthday. It was very awkward and disappointing for my son who had tried so hard to make this an amazingly special occasion - he spent money and time and effort researching florists, deciding on the arrangement and placing the order. It was a big deal to him and he dreamed of how special it would be for me. But it wasn't special - it was really awkward and disappointing. When I contacted Posy a few days later, they said I was mistaken and the flowers were delivered on my birthday. I reiterated again that no, I was quite certain that they arrived BEFORE the planned delivery date of my birthday. They said I was wrong. I would never EVER shop here again. They messed up the deliver date, broke my son's heart, put me in a very awkward position with my son, and called me a liar...twice. I wasn't even asking for compensation - I just contacted them to let them know and find out what happened. I'm so amazed and appalled at this horrible customer experience that I feel compelled to write this review.

I brought a dress in for Wendy to sell on consignment last summer. She said she would take it and…read moreto come back in six weeks to see if it had sold, as she was going to switch to autumn clothes then. I asked if I should be signing a contract and she said no. That should have been a red flag for me right there. But instead I gave her my business card and the dress and left the store, not feeling right about it. I went back in six weeks, and she didn't know what I was talking about, and said she wouldn't have taken any clothes without me signing a contract. She finally found my name written in her book, but had no idea where the dress was or even if she had it. She told me to come back in a week. I came back and she still said she didn't know anything about it. I described the dress in detail, but she was just very curt with me. Wendy took my phone number again, and said she would call me when she found it. Well, of course she never called me. I never got my $250 dress back nor did I get paid for it. I felt I couldn't push it as there was no contract and she kept denying she had the dress. I have learned from that - always get it in writing, but I feel as though she stole my dress from me. I would never bring anything there on consignment again and would warn anyone who wants to bring anything there. I won't even shop there again, as she is unprofessional, disrespectful, and rude.

Another young girl was about to try on a pair of pants, and the worker said, "you do realize that those are a size zero?" The girl pointed out very kindly that the tag said they were a size 8. The worker rudely asked if she looked at the waistline and aggressively told her that she's been doing this for 35 years. The store is tiny, so everyone could hear her commenting on these women's bodies. This store is not worth your time or money.
