I love to shop, and I love shopping even more when I'm spending someone else's money. My mom is a few months shy of getting her PhD and she asked me to help pick out makeup to give her a more professional look. I head to Ulta to literally shop until I become weak (seriously I began to get the shakes). I love this freaking store. Ulta has awesome 'brand' items. I swear by their eyeliner, soft tip, long lasting. The only thing I didn't really like about this store on this particular day is the customer service. I spent about an hour or two in this store and not once did anyone ask if I needed help with anything. I mean WTF? How can you ignore someone for this long? Overall I like this store for the simple fact that when it comes to my 'beauty needs' everything I need can be found in this one store (a total time saver) the customer service needs to improve, but what else is new, right?! read more

Most recent visit 1/26/19 I am at the Fayetville Pavilion at least twice per month, If I am with my Husband or running over to pick up a specific item. Everything is in this pavilion. The Main entrance is a beast, the lights change very fast and the speed limit is 55 mph I believe, don't take a chance and turn in front of the fast moving cars. There are tons of stop signs throughout and many Drivers don't us e the honor system and go through the stop sign when it's their turn. When I first started shopping at the Fayetville Pavillion there were so many stores. Ulta, Rainbow, TJ Maxx and Best Buy. Ulta was replaced by five and below... really so the closest Ulta is in Peachtreecity or Arbor Place Mall in Douglassville. TJ Maxx was replaced with a trade show Best Buy was replaced with BEALS? A high priced Ross and the nearest location is also Peachtreecity and Douglasville. The fairly new additions are Forever 21 Red, DTLR and the Movie Theater received a interior makeover. What used to be a promising and local shopping center has turned inside out thanks to a few bad apples in Fayetteville, and several from the neighboring towns. Crime has increased substantially, and since the race card has been ok to use in every situation in America nowadays, good luck if you're a race other than black. I really hate having to address that elephant in the room, as we should all be living in a united and cooperative society, but the issues have become overwhelming, and no it isn't simply based on racial division and entitlement. Some months ago, I was harassed by a few teenagers in a car, I was simply getting dinner for my family and I. Well, up until they got close, I didn't know what their intentions were, or their ages. I'm not ashamed to say that I was fully prepared to defend myself, lethally if I had to. It's after dark, you're messing with a guy in a truck with a Veteran's plate, with pro-2A stickers and a Glock sticker on his rear window...seems like a good person to mess around with, right? Shows you how perceptive people are today. All those signs tell me it's a good idea to leave that guy alone...but not them, they're 'special'. Yet, the local PD was useless, I gave them the year, make and model of the car, and the plate. Nothing was done, but, with the Fayette PD's track record, call me not surprised. Doesn't help that hating police officers has become the cool thing to do, so they're forced to walk on eggshells. If you live in the local area, within the past few years, you've no doubt seen an increase of crime there, armed robbery, assaults, and more. Some get caught...not enough in my opinion. These aren't professionals, these are small time jerk wads that forget that ruining a community is also going to ruin their own, even if they drive 20-30 minutes to get there. You got people that go their and disregard everyone else. Double parking, and not giving enough of a **** to fix it, people ding your vehicle on 'accident' even while in your view, but are too in love with the smell of their own odor to even so much as apologize. Many of the patrons that go there would just as soon spit on you as look you in the eye. It's gotten to the point where no one I know goes after dark. There's just no decency there for anyone. Really, just a bunch of entitled snowflakes with serious chips on their shoulders. So about the place...well, it isn't maintained like it used to be, security is almost nowhere to be found like it used to be. Cops tend to hang out and kill time in some of the darker spots for some reason. Many big name stores are gone or are on the way out, Best Buy for one, Toys-R-Us is obvious, but anyone that's been there knows this store was falling apart long before the nationwide closing. Walmart, Target, and Home Depot is still well off, I mean, they're big enough to be ok...but Dicks will be gone before long, mostly due to stupid Corporate decisions in the past year, many smaller stores are popping up, but without effort, the Pavilion is going to become a bigger dump of a glorified strip mall. Forget the movie theater, too, even though it's better since the revamp, the staff freaking sucks. That review is available, too. For best results, go early in the morning on the weekends, or early during the weekdays. Otherwise, McDonough or LoveJoy is 100% better even though they're a bit further away. read more

This center has about every shop you could want, but the ULTA is not there anymore (at least I couldn't find it - but this area is HUGE!) My one beef is that it is not pedestrian-friendly if you walk to it. The main entrance on 85 has no sidewalk and walking among the plants is treacherous. You can walk along the sidewalk along 85 to PetSmart or Home Depot, but there is no safe path from the entrance to Publix, which is on the other side from Home Depot. read more

I hesitate to give this away, but this is the all-time best place to go Black Friday shopping. We bought everything we wanted with no lines last year and headed around the corner to JC Penny for the same. Bath & Body Works was swamped in the am, but we went back about 7 and they still had plenty of what we wanted. There's a great range of stores. I do wish we had a full Sears there and I won't go to the Wal-mart or Atlanta Bread Company unless I'm desperate. Not shining examples of either brand. I will also say that I'm always extra-careful when I drive. Apparently the average person doesn't understand the way a 4-way stop works (or doesn't care.) read more

I might be the only person that thinks the Fayette Pavilion is NOT all it once was. Since I've been here since the 1st tree was plowed to make room for this shopping center, I've seen it in it's hay day and see it were it is now and it's not the same anymore. I would consider it's a discount shopping center at best. You have your typical discount places and not much of the uniqueness you could find at the PTC Avenue or Ashley Park in Newnan. As of 2010, about 20% of the stores are unoccupied due to failing stores due to low budget shoppers. Even the movie theater has become run down and rat infested. You can certainly waste some time (and I mean waste) at this large center, but I'd advise to go elsewhere. Consider yourself SERVED! read more

So I am from California. Sure, we have Target and Walmart and Marshalls and TJ Maxx. We have Best Buy, Dicks, Sports Authority, Petsmart and Old Navy, Home Depot, Cost Plus, and Ulta. But how amazing is it that you can go to ONE place for all of them!!?? Target and Walmart would never be near each other. Nor would a Marshalls and a TJ Maxx. Or a Ross for that matter. I love that if I don't find something I am looking for, I can pop right down the strip and try a competitor. That's great!! This is a really well planned, large convenient center! The Fayetteville Pavilion is just genius. This massive shopping complex is frequented by South Fulton, Fayette and Clayton County residents. All of the stores you need are centrally located and surrounded by restaurants, banks and other services. Like a mall, you could literally spend an entire day shopping at Fayetteville Pavilion. Fayetteville Pavilion has Target, Super Wal-Mart, Sports Authority, Marshall's, Ross, PetSmart, Ulta, Cost Plus World Market, Home Depot, Dick's Sporting Goods, Goody's, Family Christian Book Store and countless other large and small scale retailers. The Pavilion also has a movie theater called Tinsel Town. Fayetteville Pavilion might not seem like much to Atlanta residents that live in the city, but this center is a big deal. The pavilion keeps businesses in Fayette county, attracts thousands and is conveniently accessible for people that live past the airport. They don't have to travel all the way into the city to shop because now it's right in their backyard. With apparel, book, furniture and other major retail stores, the only thing missing is a department store. read more

I have lived in Fayette County since 10th grade and I wouldn't go to The Pavilion at night without a loaded gun. Want to go to a movie or stroll in the evening? Go to The Avenue in PTC or Ashley Park in Newnan. Stay away from The Pavilion unless you are looking for trouble. read more

Worst Customer Service ever! First: Was browsing make up, found some I like, had to search for clerk who was chit chatting with a coworker, asked if someone can help me and she acted like I was bothering her. When I asked if they had more of this particular foundation, she didn't even walk over to the aisle, she said is it's not there they do not have it. She said after Christmas they have problems restocking items. Umm, Christmas was 4 weeks ago. Second: When cashing out I was asked if I want to sign up for the rewards program, I said no since it's my first time. He cashier looked at the lady behind me and asked her if she would like to have some free rewards today, asked for the lady's phone number and used that number for my receipt .. I told the cashier that is tacky and you should not do that, I don't appreciate someone's information on my receipt and felt that was so rude. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she was busy in an interview. I have never felt so unwanted as a customer just because I didn't sign up for a rewards program. This was my first visit at the Peachtree City Ulta and my last. Never again. read more

Mainly came to visit the Anna's Linens and Family Christian for a few things. Popped in and out of a few other stores to window shop for a while. Great place to shop and dine with all of the various stores in this area. Probably not so great during the holiday season with the numerous stop signs and intersections along the main drag though.... read more

I went to Starbucks this afternoon after a day of chemotherapy. I was down a sick but craved some Starbucks, drove about 30 minutes to Starbucks in Target and the attendant told me that the customer before me was his last customer because he was tired and needed a thirty minute brake. Needless to say, my sister and I observed him for another 15 minutes cleaning the area. My sister was in tears because I was clearly sick and she was excited to take me for some coffee only to experience such disrespectful behavior. I will never ever go back to a Starbucks. It was hard to see how my sister was affected by the lack of care from the Starbucks rep. What an insensitive person. Starbucks, please do a better job at hiring your reps. Your coffee is overpriced but sometimes it is what the heart desires however the service should at least match your prices. read more

Shopped there for the first time today, almost didn't park because there is exactly one handicapped space in front of Joanne's. Do they want to just comply with the law or do they want to attract serious shoppers. Being handicapped I spend a lot of money on crafts, but I can't shop when I can't park close to the store. Forward thinking management put more than the required number of hanidcapped spaces, there are more and more younger people with bad knees out there thanks to weekend warriors and joggers who overwork themselves. Very disappointed in the security at Fayette Pavilion in Fayetteville, GA. While shopping in the Bath n Body store for less than 20 minutes on Dec 26, 2012, my SUV was broken into and packages were taken. I called the the Fayette County police from inside Bath n Body. The Fayette police can quickly. I was informed that vehicles had been broken into at the Pavilion multiple times during this day. I wouldn't suggest shopping here after six. That's when it gets a little dangerous. I was 7 and had this really scary experience when someone came running down every isle with security guards chasing him. What made it scarier was the guy was in a black morph suit and the security guards couldn't catch him! But all of the other stores are great just get there and leave before dark. And drive extremely careful because obviously these people don't know how to drive at four ways. read more

This place has everything you need but it is a pain to get in and out of with all of the traffic.

The shopping is good. But I would not call this place safe at night. Within the last year there has been crime, but not a lot as you would find closer to Atlanta. The plays I would stay away at night would probably be the theater and Walmart, since that's where most of the crimes I've heard, take place. I would be better off shopping at Peachtree City and Newnan because there isn't a lot of crime there. Still I would shop here only during the daytime. read more

The cashier that worked there are so rude and she even made a racial comment to my mom, I came up to ask a question and the question that I asked was if she had the machine to take off the deeper of a shoe because in the shoe department there was nobody there (which there should be one) and my mom was in line to pay the shoes but I just wanted to make sure if they had one because it wasn't a shoe department then she SAID to me that she DIDN'T have one, so I was like how can my mom buy the shoes if you can't take off the deeper off the shoe then she told me to go the shoe department but I told her that were was nobody there but she said there should be somebody there so I was ok I'll go check and I took my mom off the line (which she was the next person to go checkout) and we went the shoe department and there was still nobody there so at this point me and my mom was getting irritated and I went to the same cashier to tell her that there was nobody in the shoe department then she told me that she DID have the machine to take off the deeper off the shoe and I was ok can you checkout us next and she was NO you have to go back in line and the line was long too, and told her that she was the reason why my mom got off the line because she told me that she didn't have the machine to take off the deeper but you did the whole time and then she wanted us to go back to the long line and I told her that we didn't want the shoes no more and then she got mad and made a racial comment while me and mom was leaving, she said that my mom should learn how to speak English which of course got me sooooo mad but i just left but never again I'm going to shop there. read more

Can not go wrong in this place. Staff is professional and courteous and they always have sales and specials. Two of my favorites scents that will drive the special person in your life crazy is the "Sensual Amber" and "Dark Kisses". Get the the matching body butter and spray to go along with it and the scent last even longer. The coupons are awesome and help when you want to get more than one scent. I also recently bought some of the aromatherapy lotions and they really help relax your muscles not to mention makes you smell really good. Loyal fan of BBW. read more

My hair cut by Bobby was amazing!!!! You really pay for what you get. This salon is phenomenal. Not only can you have an intelligent conversation, but you can also have an amazing hair cut/ hair treatment. They have new salon people so all the horrible salon people are gone!
