My first negative review as i always find something good. This place, nothing positive. Well one thing is good. The staff. Not the dentist or the way the office is run. First off I am self pay. Retired no dental insurance. Made that clear when I called for an appointment. I digress..have been regularly to a dentist but not exactly satisfied. We moved here during COVID and he was the only one that was taking patients. Back to review. My appointment was for a regular cleaning with no issues. They did panorama and bitewings. Normally they then do the cleaning. Not this time. Dentist comes in behind me says something I thought his name. When he got closer I asked his name. He said it "Riker" not sure. Tells me to open mouth. I did. He mumbles to the tech, I have no idea what he says as he's looking in my mouth. He gets up and leaves. The tech says "The dentist wants a deep cleaning". I say ok but how much does that cost. She left the room, came back and said "$800.00". I said "I can't afford that. Can you just do a regular cleaning?" She says. No.So I say "does they mean if I don't get the deep cleaning, he's not going to treat me?" She said "yes, that's correct " I said "seriously?" Yes. So I walked out. I now have a bill from them for $173.00. They are thieves! The office was not well taken care of nor was the outside. My first impression should have made me walk away to begin with. Do not go here. Went in for a basic exam and was told I needed multiple fillings despite having no pain. I allowed them to do the work and had to return 3 times because it was not done correctly. I discontinued service with them after they attempted multiple times to fix their mistake. 6 months later and I still have discomfort from the filling they did. I now have to wait to see if another dentist can fix the problem. Save yourself the headache. read more

I went in for a routine cleaning a few years ago and exam expecting a normal visit, but the experience was very concerning. During my cleaning, the hygienist asked the dentist in the room whether I needed any crowns, and he clearly said no. They also took X-rays, which did not show any cavities. However, after the cleaning a woman who was neither the dentist nor the hygienist came into the room with a stack of paperwork and tried to get me to sign documents for dental work the very next day. The interaction felt rushed and pressured, and she made it seem urgent that I commit to treatment immediately. They used a small camera to zoom in on areas of demineralization on my teeth and then told me it was "extensive decay" and that I needed crowns on all of my teeth. This was confusing and alarming given that the dentist had just said I did not need crowns and the X-rays did not show cavities. Additionally, the cleaning itself was very rough. Both my husband and I experienced significant bleeding during our cleanings, which has not been typical for us at other dental offices. Overall, the visit felt disorganized and pressured, with conflicting information about my dental health. I left feeling uncomfortable about the recommendations and the push to sign treatment paperwork immediately. read more

They told me I needed a full mouth scaling. Proceeded to scrape the hell out of my gums; extreme pain. I was crying. No pain killer offered, zero compassion. I told them to stop 1/2 way through. Left blood on my face and the lady at the desk actually laughed at me when I checked out. Of course I never returned. I visited a legitimate dentist several weeks later. They told me they did not feel any scaling was necessary. They also informed me that they always use some form of numbing agent as it is indeed a painful procedure. This place is a joke. Told me I had to pay $650 for antibiotics to do deep cleaning. Then pulled 2 teeth and gave me no antibiotics. Two days later I tried calling on Saturday with busy signal. I got an infection in my jaw and sinuses. I had to go to another emergency practice and pay that bill. The dentist stated that they should of given antibiotics. I emailed them and they stated there's no way to know that I would get an infection. They only care about money and not their patients. They feel no responsibility. Horrible place. I cannot believe this place has one dr. and books other patients when you have a procedure done. I have been here for over 2 hours for my daughter procedure to be done. Doctor comes in, but then also attends to other patients. I've never seen a place like this before. Miss going to a place with multiple doctors where the dr. focuses to one patient at a time. I would leave less than 1 star if I could. They did X-rays and said that I had horrible decay in several teeth after the dentist I had seen for years before them told me were just stains on my teeth from not brushing well when I was a child. They then sent a woman in with tons of papers to fill out talking about seven fillings. They NEVER CLEANED MY TEETH BEFORE DOING THE FILLINGS OR ANYTHING ELSE!!!! I told them several times it made no sense to me and when they were doing the fillings that the pain was awful. They said it was normal. I left with seven fillings total- four on one side of my mouth and three on the other. In horrific jaw and tooth pain. Three weeks later I was still in horrific pain. I called the office back and was told it's normal to have this kind of pain after a filling and it can last for up to SIX MONTHS. What? I had only ever had one filling before in my life and it was completely pain free during the procedure and after the Novocaine wore off. I had a bone infection in my jaw and abscess on some of the teeth they worked on. Not to mention they did a shit ass job with the fillings and they have all fallen out or broken. Never again. Wish I could do 0 stars... Went to see an oral surgeon today through this office because they apparently saw a "cyst" on my lower jaw. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with my jaw or teeth when X ray was taken & was seen by the Oral Surgeon. This place also wanted me to get all fillings taken off & replaced with new ones. Mind you, this was my first time here & I will never go back. I only needed a cleaning the day I came & was told "oh we see something in your jaw. Need it checked to make sure it isn't cancer" gtfoh.. if you have Medicaid or United Healthcare I do not recommend this place. They'll tell you that you need all this work done when it's not necessary. They'll try to commit insurance fraud on ya just a heads up. Even my oral surgeon who was amazing btw said that there is absolutely nothing in my jaw and my teeth and fillings are perfect. No work needed to be done on me. My entire experience with them was terrible. I went once and that was all I could handle. The 2 hour wait time in an empty waiting room started it. Then they never cleaned my teeth, but made sure they billed my insurance. They advised me that I needed caps on all of my teeth as they were bad. I paid out of pocket at another facility for my teeth cleaning and a second opinion as they advised that I should cap all of my teeth and my teeth are in terrible shape. Which they are not. When I advised them I was not going back, they are now billing me $200 for a "missed appointment" visit that I clearly stated I was not attending. This place is a scam. I have requested my records 3 times and they will not provide them to me. read more

I went to this dentist at original site to get teeth removed, they were really good. Then the pandemic hit I had to wait to get dentures fitted in that time they moved my first visit at new site was a disaster the person seeing me said "so I see your here for extractions," I said "no" she said "why?" I said "I already had them pulled" at this time I'm a bit upset she said "where did you have it done?" I said "here, do you want me to come back when you can get patients straight?" After that being petty as they are even though it was definitely their mistake no one would see me except the dentist now this dentist had to leave several times to get help with the material to do dentures needless to say I have dentures that have gaps and no matter how much glue you put in does nothing...very unhappy and annoyed Think twice read more

BEWARE!! This place is a scam! I went to have a tooth pulled and was told I needed 4 crowns and a bridge. I also wanted my teeth cleaned and a night time mouth guard. The started the work the next day after I signed an agreement of the work to be done and my portion of the bill after insurance. I paid over half down and they ground my teeth which I wasn't aware they were going to do until it was too late. Nothing was explained. They fitted the temporary crowns that fell off several times. Finally got the bridge and permanent crowns that didn't fit right. The dentist had to grind down the crowns so much it weakened them. One crown that WAS attached to my bridge has crumbled and is sharp and jagged. I had an appointment to have my teeth deep cleaned which was nothing but a normal scaling and no planing. It was a joke. Then I get a call from them that they no longer take my insurance! They didn't even complete the work that was started! My insurance company had denied to pay for UNNECESSARY CROWNS! Three of the 4 crowns were not necessary! I never got my guard, I denied one crown they wanted to do,and didn't get a deep cleaning but they kept my money!! The day before one of my appointments I read in the paper the manager/owner and her husband were arrested for embezzling money from another practice!! And after researching more I see she has had many lawsuits and issues with different dental offices! I would have not went to my appointment except I was only having a cleaning. It never was complete and of course I was told they didn't take my insurance any longer, which is common practice for this place if they aren't making money on you or you've already given them your money. ITS A SCAM!! It looks all nice and professional but it's a scam! I am now left with a huge problem that is going to cost me three teeth instead of the one I went in to have pulled and a partial denture plate due to their shoddy and unnecessary work! I started going here in January, For teeth removal and full denture on top and a partial on the bottom. 1st they failed to put my sensitivity to epinephrine in my file and used the wrong shot on 1st visit. Ok, let that go and they fixed my file. But each visit would get worse, with long waits in very dusty rooms, them asking me why I'm there?!! Full upper extraction was a nightmare, with swallowing massive amounts of blood, causing me to throw up blood in parking lot, making me choke several times on suction hose, etc. But the kicker is this last visit which was to move forward with the partial on the bottom after two teeth removed for that. It's been 5 weeks since the bottom extractions and was supposed to get impressions done for partial . I was asked where I got my extractions done??? Um, here. Then they said to wait and get impressions done in 3 weeks for both the perm denture on top and the partial on the bottom at same time. Sounds good, except still have no teeth on bottom left. I leave and get a phone call on my way home from them saying they no longer take my insurance and need to go to another dentist!!! WHAT!? Couldn't have that discussion while I was there? So they decide to drop me at just about the finish point??? So now I have tempoary denture on top and NO partial on the bottom!! Which I have to pay out of pocket for a partial, so why not go forward with that? Nope, find another dentist. That's like a surgeon saying we took out your gallbladder but it's up to you to find a new doctor to close. Wth. So in speaking to the "manager" she had no cares to give, none. Do not go here, they're billing is ridiculous, and they'll leave you hanging without a care in the world. read more

All they care about is money. After your first visit they will max out your insurance with deep cleaning and cleaning with antibiotics. The practice is run by a non dentist and the dentist has little or no say in the treatment. It's more like a car sales place than a dentist that's how it felt. No I don't recommended this place because they made me get 16 crowns and when I went to them as a new patient for a cleaning. I had a concern about my tooth that had a hole in it and that is the only tooth that I was concern about. Then the nurse came back and told me I needed 16 crowns and so I got pissed and I said I asked you only about the one tooth no others. Ever since I got my right side and my right side canine done. I've been having problems with that one tooth. I had to keep going to get it re-cemented. The tooth keeps getting lose and I'm getting pissed because I don't eat anything sticky so I know it's not me. It's probably the doctor. Also I want back once to get it re-cemented and the doctor comes in the room and says oh we aren't gonna numb you and we are gonna drill a little line through your tooth so that your canine won't ever fall out or get lose. Well the dentist was wrong it is now lose again and I'm very pissed at these place. My crown for my canine has probably fallen off more than 3 times more like 5 times. I'm getting pissed at these place and I hate some off the works. I love Selenda. She was so nice to me and she held my hand when the doctor was numbing me. She would talk to you and help you out. I love u Selenda Well I'm sorry but you suck I wish I never went here. You guys are just telling people to get work done on there good teeth and now those people including me might have damaged teeth or might keep having problems with their crowns. This office is a joke. I would never recommend anyone to go here. My previous dentist stopped taking my insurance so I was forced to find a new one. I had gone almost a year without a cleaning and apparently that caused me to need 10 crowns according to the hygienist there. I go in for my first crown procedure, anxious. The dentist is so stupid and not friendly, he doesn't even acknowledge he's working on a human patient he just does the work without consideration or even saying hello how are ya? The dentist got up and left me laying in the chair mouth open, teeth shaved down and exposed for over 30 mins MULTIPLE TIMES to go work on other patients. AFTER THEY CALLED ME TO MOVE MY APPT TO LATER SO THEY COULD FIT ME IN. I had to bring my children bc of the appt switch and they sat in one shared chair in the corner even though the office knew i had to bring two kids w me. They shaved down and crowned 5 teeth I believe (wouldn't know bc there was no communication whatsoever). There was no communication after the procedure was done and I was too numb to ask questions about aftercare, plus so frustrated after the experience I had. I called the next day and the week after- 3 times total to speak to anyone who could talk to me about the procedure- left voicemails at the front desk, got transferred from the front desk to someone who was supposed to answer my questions and it just rang and rang. At my follow up to put in my permanent crowns, everything started off smoothly w the younger nice hygenist until the dentist came in. He went to work yet again, without even a hello. He asked the hygenist to get him something and she said "is this going to bother her?? She's not numb" he said "I don't know" and did it anyway!!! Like I wasn't sitting there helpless listening to him say that it may or may not hurt me but he didn't care. DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO HERE. They will make you insecure and think you need to rip all your teeth out for money and nothing more. read more
