This location will NOT honor the rewards in the Fazoli app. This has occurred multiple times by the same server and always a confrontation until the manager makes her accept. horrible customer service!! Donna M is trashy and rude! When we walked in she was complaint to us about a customers crying baby. you don't say anything to customers about another customer. bar right from the get go and went down hill from there. she got mad because I asked for clean cups because I assume the girl to be her daughter had her nasty hands inside the cups when she went to hand them to me. from that point on rude and when order was ready she slung on counter and didn't notify us of it was ours. I assumed it was and said she should have told us it was our order ready as she proceeds to say "I don't have to tell you anything" and then walked off. she has a horrible attitude!! read more

everything was great! the food from the cook was delicious, hot, and served quick. the service was impeccable! the cashier was friendly, and made sure to check on us/ask if we needed more breadsticks just in case. 10/10 recommend! will be visiting again soon!! read more

"It is what it is - why expect more?" Never have I gotten a gourmet meal at Favoli's - but never have I expected a gourmet meal at Fazoli's. If you go here with the expectation of something on the level of Maggiano's or Carraba's for that matter - even Macaroi Grill, you will most definitely be let down. Would you go to Golden Corral expecting a Morton's Steakhouse dining experience? Anytime you stand in line and pay before you eat - that should be your first major hint that you should not expect 5 star dining. Personally, I rarely go to Fazoli's, because that same meal I get there I can achieve myself at home. Does that mean the food is bad - no. Besides - Fazoli's is the Taco Bell of the "Italian" food segment. They use 4 or 5 ingredients, reshape and rearrange them in different configurations and create 50 different menu items. The desiding factor in what dinner you order is pretty much based on what shape you like your pasta. GREAT place for families with small children, because spaghetti and pizza are staples in the diet of the majority of children and the level of blandness in the sauces is perfect for them. There is a segment of our society that needs the option that Fazoli's offers. It's just that occasionally someone, who probably should never have walked in the door, dines there and is disappointed by the quality of the product or better put - expect superior quality at bargain basement prices. read more

Ordered to go, & Food was not good at all... pizza was very bland, & no flavor. Chicken Alfredo tasted as if it was from a jar and artificial, as chicken was very salty & tasted microwaved. Desserts, ordered cinnamon rolls & they were very dry, & hard. The brownie, was dry, & looked old as parts of the chocolate chips were very chalky & discolored. No ice for drinks, chairs and tables all dirty, silverware all dirty and they reused our tray without wiping it off.

i always get fettuccine and it's always pretty good but when i went in there last night with my family an old man looked at us from the kitchen and he like stepped out of the kitchen to where the kitchen and ordering station place met (if that even makes sense) and was looking at me really weird and he just stayed there for like a minute or two while we were waiting to order and i kept looking back at him to see if he had stopped looking at me and when i did he was always looking back at me , i'm 15 and it just really creeped me out. read more
