Ordered a pizza at 6:57 by using the Slice app. The delivery time showed 7:32. I finally received it 8:12. It was not hot so I had to heat up the pizza. Using Slice's customer service, I was given 10% back. The pizza was not finished because it was cold and not good. You surely lost a customer tonight Roma. read more

Do not order from this restaurant. Order an order through slice on 11/11 at 5pm. Called to inquiry where our order was and they acted like they didn't get the order. Money has been deducted from our account. We've called 5x times and they pick up and hang up when I ask about our order or their names. This business is running shady business transactions and essentially steal for locals. Stay away from this restaurant and the horrible employees!! read more

I have always loved Roma's pizza, calzones, and salads. Today I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. I was so disappointed! $10 for iceberg, frozen chicken breast, powdered Parmesan and frozen bread sticks. In the past, salads were always fresh chicken, grilled, mixed greens and freshly grated Parmesan. Bread sticks were always homemade. Will not be back! read more

Worst customer service ever. I ordered an Italian sub and had it delivered through Grubhub. When I received my sub the bread was burnt to a crisp. When I called the restaurant the female owner answered and said what do you mean it was burnt. How can that be. I explained to her that they overcooked it. She wanted to argue with me. I asked what she was gonna do about it. She said nothing. So I will be letting everyone know. Don't ever order groin this rude and mean business owner. I contacted Grubhub and they tried contacting the restaurant also. She told them the same thing. So please help me boycott this rude and mean and poorly ran restaurant and owner. Food is good, but the past few times I have been there, they have messed up the totals of my orders and I have had to contest it with them. They don't use an actual register to ring things up, but use a calculator and always mess the total price up. The price is always off by $10 to $15 and it can be very frustrating and time consuming to try and get some of my money back. Oh well. read more

I have eaten food delivered from this location at a residence before, and we did not have an issue. Today, we ordered food to be delivered to the office (workplace) and it took almost an hour and a half to receive it. We ordered it only 30 minutes after the restaurant opened. One coworker only had 15 minutes left in her lunch break by the time it arrived (we go on different shifts for lunch). We won't order delivery, in the future. I have ordered from romas many many times and this was by far the worst experience I ordered 12 boneless wings and a side of sauce they sent me 12 bone in wings and a side of cold spaghetti sauce, seeing how this is the first time my order has been wrong I wasnt that upset, i called to try and correct the mistake and the guy on the telephone started cursing me, telling me i was bull $#!& and hung up on me. Nearly two hour wait for delivery, after order confirmation estimating 45-60 min. Did not get what I ordered. Not that it mattered, it was inedible anyway. I love Roma! I ordered from Murfreesboro when I lived there, Antioch when I lived there, and now Smyrna. They're consistently amazing. They almost always deliver quicker than the estimated time, the drivers are ALWAYS nice, the pizza is always hot and full of toppings, and they have roasted red peppers which are my absolute favorite. Not only did I think they wouldn't deliver out here and they do, but they called to ask what kind of FREE 2 liter drink I wanted. We REALLY like Roma's pizza (haven't tried anything else from the menu.) My family and I eat here pretty frequently. When my husband had a medical issue that kept him from having anything too greasy, this was our go to pizza. They won't leave the bottom of your box soggy like so many others. They have an outstanding delivery radius, and are really nice guys! I like the family pack deal they have to feed my whole family. They are a little more costly than some places in town, but are worth it. We keep going back! I won't rate them as high as some other specialty pizza places around because I know how seriously some people take pizza. These are just good pizzas from nice guys, and they'll always have it to ya hot and fresh, whether you pick up, or have them bring it to your doorstep. We always get the favorite for the adults, and the kids stick with cheese. My only real complaint is they won't do "half and half" pizzas, which sometimes is necessary in this house. If you haven't tried them, they are definitely worth a shot!! read more

We were staying in a Hotel in Smyrna and wanted to order pizza. I was skeptical because when I have ordered like this in the past (other towns, other restaurants), delivery has taken excessively long (2+ hours). Since they had a wide selection of menu items that were customizable through their online ordering, I gave it a shot. Wow, was it worth it! We had a pepperoni pizza, a meatball pizza, a Stromboli and cannoli. Everything was fantastic. I haven't had a cannoli that good in decades. I chose the basil sauce for the meatball pizza and it was also wonderful. And delivery? 30 minutes! I definitely recommend the Smyrna location for delivery. read more

My Worst Roma pizza experience ever. I ordered dinner for my family. The order arrived at my home and the delivery driver was very nice. However, when we went to eat our large Roma calzone the pizza dough was completely uncooked on the inside and I thought it was cheese. Ok no problem, things happen. So i called in and just asked for one that was cooked thinking they would be professional and replace our food with something edible. The manager told me they would give me 20% off my next order. Well that will not feed my family tonight I explained to him, after all I just sent $32 plus tip. He said sorry we're too busy to make another one. At this point I'm not too busy to drive down there to seek my money back for something we could not eat. After they made every Excuse as to why they could not to give me back my money, They finally give me back $15 for a $17.60 raw dough calzone and a lot of stress. This is such a shame, because I like the pizza from this place, but the customer service is the WORST experience. I spent a long time in the service industry and one thing I know for sure, if the restaurant makes a mistake or is late to deliver every single time, and then the person you speak to is SOO RUDE, it is NOT WORTH IT. It was a woman, she blamed my order being late on their online ordering system and asked me to call next time. Why then would you keep this online service - if your customers cannot use it? Whatever, take responsibility, apologize for the mistake and send it immediately. The customer is always, always right. If you are a business owner who gives a rat's behind you already know this! I've given them more than three chances and sorry but this was the last straw. Don't bother with this place, there are too many other GOOD places with fine customer service.
