We were most impressed as we had to be picked up at 4:30 AM on the outbound and at 11:30 PM on the return. On the return, he found us and loaded our luggage quite efficiently. I highly recommend Travelwire for transportation to and from airports at odd hours. Far less expensive than previously used private driving services. Far more reliable than an Uber driver. They arrive when they way they will arrive and pick you up when they say they will.

Best decision I ever made as it turned out to be the BEST vacation I've ever had. From the time we landed, the pick up was just a matter of a few munites. We were picked in an air conditioned van with wifi. We enjoyed our 6 days stay with nothing but all good things to say. Food and entertainment was top notch . The day of our departure, I messaged Oliver from Travelwire because I could not locate a number to call my pickup driver. He got back to me in a matter of minutes. We had never been to Florence, Cinque Terra or Tuscany before and the thought of trying to blindly plan a trip without guidance was overwhelming. Priscila listened to our goals and planned a trip allowing us to see and enjoy Italy. Not every vacation allows you to have time to absorb the culture, but our trip was planned implementing the perfect pace. We started in Florence which is a high activity city, went next to Cinque Terra which was toned down a bit and ended in a relaxing villa in Tuscany. Every detail was carefully considered with recommendations for sights to see, restaurants, even specific meals to consider! We had just the perfect amount of scheduled activities and days of leisure to explore as we wished. Priscila secured three days with private drivers who spoke English to take us to smaller surrounding villages-STUNNING. We knew exactly where to go, which train to take, had vouchers to tours so lines were skipped, and we stayed at BEAUTIFUL locations where everyone was friendly and the food outstanding! But most ESSENTIAL was the support Priscila provided when our airline was delayed, connecting flights missed, luggage lost, and problems with the airline not issuing a boarding pass. Travel can have a large stress component, but she had our backs ALL THE WAY! We don't know what we would have done without her continued support throughout our trip. HORRIBLE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...I went here to buy a car only because they were a long-time "family…read morefriend" of my late father-in-law. I committed to buying an Acra RDX had was told by Tony it was "on hold in the computer for me" but when they found out I had it 100% financed thru someone else, all of a sudden the car was sold to someone else by mistake and they tried to sell me a Nissan. Not even close to an Acura. Couldn't get a return call or the truth to my face. Tony supposedly had another Acura "on the hook" and felt horrible and I had "his word" with a sign of the cross throw in for good measure that he'd call me the next day. That was almost 2 months ago and no call. Even the 1st Acura I bought from them when my father-in-law was alive was delivered in such poor condition that they had to take it back and clean it and fix things only after he called them to complain. Something just feels crooked when I dealt with them, especially when they found out they weren't getting any money down. You're better off going to Carfax and paying more than dealing with people who can't keep their word. The only reason they got 1 star is that you can't continue without that rating...deserve no stars.

I saw a car that I really wanted online so I traveled back to my hometown of Bridgeport CT to see it. It was the exact model and color combination I was looking for. They assured me that it was serviced and safety inspected so I eagerly bought it. Big mistake. I brought it back to NY where you have to get a safety inspection yearly. I soon found out that they sold me a car with bad brakes shocks rotors and tires. I immediately emailed them and they ignored me. So next I filled out a complaint with the Better Business Bureau since they either knew about the defective equipment or never inspected the car at all. They also ignored all contacts from BBB. So that tells you all you need to know about this dealership. They don't care about their reputation or getting repeat customers. They are out for the quick buck. Buy elsewhere. I should have. Update : the business finally responded to my BBB complaint. They offered to fix the brakes, but not the other things,IF I brought the car back to them. I declined since I live in NY. I wasn't about to drive 60 miles in a car with bad brakes.But my story doesn't end yet. Yesterday I took the car to a foreign car expert to get the car thoroughly checked out. They found a laundry list of issues from bad fluids, CV boots,and a pump that will cost $900 to replace. In all several thousand dollars to get the car in roadworthy shape. Considering the screwing that The Car Store gave me they should have at least bought me a nice dinner!
