Chris was great to work with during planning considering my mom and I were splitting the cost of services, I recommend communication via phone rather than email. He highlighted which shuttle bus size would serve our guests best and we were able to divide the 4-hour minimum into (2) 2-hour shifts at the beginning of the wedding and towards the end. The shuttle bus driver had waters available and was super friendly even during the late shift around midnight! This team is completely reliable and on time with very professional drivers! Only downside was that the AC barely worked in our limo and was blowing air lightly that wasn't cold. Overall, I recommend!

It's like a limo service, but your car is the limo and you rent the chauffeur. The advantages are that unlike a limo, you only pay for the driver and you get the safety of having a pro drive for you and you get to have that extra drink with out breaking a law or your neck. We've used Mark's for airport runs and a night in NYC (went 3 places without worrying about parking, drinking, etc). The only downside I can see is if you have a nasty or really small car. In that case, borrow a friend's.

The flight was 45 minutes early, but the driver had checked the flights and already knew this. He actually called me while I was still on the plane to let me know he would be there and where to meet him. It took us a little while to get through immigration/customs etc and when we came out the arrivals entrance he was waiting. The car was a brand new Lincoln and very comfortable and clean. The driver was courteous and took the quickest way back to Dobbs. Overall a hassle free experience and I will definitely use them again. Update 10/13 I used them again for an NYC pick up of my parents and kids and drop off in Westchester. Once again the service was excellent, car clean and driver extremely helpful and courteous.

There were several County Trip cars outside HPN this morning, and I missed my driver waiting for me inside, but we quickly figured it out. His car was new, clean, didn't have any overbearing fragrances, and he couldn't have been a nicer person. He didn't drive like a maniac, the conversation flowed naturally, and he seemed to genuinely enjoy his job as well. To top it off, they are prompt and their rates are very fair and competitive - $26 from HPN to White Plains, and that includes a tip (I tipped him extra anyway). I'd much rather use County Trip for $5 more than a regular taxi and look forward to it in the future!
