Upon my arrival, I was not acknowledged by the employee at the reception desk. Following a staff change, the situation did not improve. The second employee informed me that she was the only staff member present, was unable to conduct a tour, and that no one else was available to do so. She attempted to contact the General Manager, but he did not respond. I was then asked to wait until a manager arrived, which was not going to happen as i do have a job. I later received a call from the General Manager, during which I shared my feedback regarding the experience. A new tour was subsequently scheduled for the following day.

The machines work, the staff is always nice to me and my son, who is deaf and autistic. They have a little "store" that sells smoothies, energy drinks and protein snacks. Also, they are not cheap, which will make you go when you're paying that kind of money! For half of the class you will be doing cardio on the treadmill and then another half of the class you'll be doing resistance sometimes on the rower or sometimes weights! They now have a class where it is our strength. I have not yet been to that class though! My favorite coach is Taylor and Kiana! But they are all good, and to be honest I haven't tried a couple of them yet still so if you want to get in shape and get pushed but not crazy things like cross fitness this is the place to go! Additionally, you will wear a heart monitor, and the coaches will try to coach you in two different zones to push yourself and explain why.
