The repair was small and he explained that it could have been something I could have repaired myself. But finding someone with the tools, materials, and experience to make quick work of this repair saved me valuable time and money. Having a quality repair done rather than spending hours driving to collect the needles and thread and attempting the repair myself is a valuable service. And when Paul was done, he advised me on how the tear likely occurred (substandard stuffing in the pillow that allowed the pillow to pull at the seam when you sat on the love seat - who knew?) and how to maintain the pillow to keep it from happening again (fluff the stuffing occasionally). The advice was a bonus that I wouldn't have discovered making the repair myself. Glad I made the call to Paul!
