Needless to say, I was still satisfied with my outcome. Well the next day I find out that she used our private conversation as a platform to bad mouth me on Facebook. She screenshot our private messages and posted me in her Facebook group with unprofessional and classless comments. Now I'm not an expert at owning a business, but I would say that it's quite important to uplift those that are customers and could potentially bring business your way. I would not recommend her to anyone. Use someone else with more class!

Edit( March 2018): I had a three star review but dropped it to one star due to the fact that they contacted my mother-in-law to complain about my three star review instead of contacting myself or my wife. Very unprofessional. Edit 2(Oct 14, 2019): she reached out after almost two years asking for a review. I instantly got flashbacks to our terrible experience with Phancy Photo Booth. I think we are finally we are at the point where we can laugh about how bad it was. But then I realized that thinking is insane because Amanda is amazing and will make you look flawless. Seriously. This lovely lady knows what she is doing and her makeup artist/vintage hair stylist, Stephanie Brick, will transform you into a blast from the past. Amanda could not be nicer and really holds your hand through the whole process. I'm not shy by any means but if I were then I would still feel completely comfortable in her lovely studio. Plus she also gives you specific instructions when she is shooting you (very helpful because I had no clue what I was doing)! I can't wait for next time (because there will definitely be quite a few next times)!

When the pictures came back the quality of the shots were spotty. Some of them were fine but head shots of me were in particular very amateurish in appearance. I have taken better pictures with my cell phone. We called to have the pictures retaken and were told it would cost another $50 in addition to the $450 already paid. The $450 did not include anything but digital images. We went to a different location and repeated the photos with the same disappointing result. I then received an email from Ms. Brent that basically blamed me for the poor photos. It was unprofessional. Her work is marginal.
