He declared he was a qualified contractor and could give quotes to my insurance company for any additional damages discovered. Once additional damages were discovered and after a lot of time he explained that he was not equipped to handle the scope of work that needed to be addressed. During the repairs business Minogue flooring was sub contracted by my contractor Mr.Brantley to do the flooring. Minogue's workers left several razor blades around my home. Coincidentally, my German Shepherd was injured by a razor blade nearly killing him and costing several thousand in emergency vet bills. My dogs have never endured life threatening injuries except for this coincidence with the "business" Minogue Flooring. According to the Secretary of State hasn't owned that business in several years, or even an occupational license. Beware of the cabinet maker. Mr. Dupont, a retired cabinet maker. Craftsmanship like that of someone doing DIY work for the first time in a shed with limited tools. Granite counter top workers spoke barely any English and also left razor blades in my home. Their granite work was less than you would expect from a DIY Home Depot workshop for kids. The owner of Kelly's seems have no respect for service members, or the case when one lost his 13 year old daughter unexpectedly. I say this because he asked how I was enjoying hell afterwards. This is the most repulsive act of any business I have witnessed. God bless anyone who decides to do business with him. Make sure you have an excessively detailed contract if so or you will regret it.

Bobby and Reno worked well with my insurance company, and got the new roof up promptly. The crew was in and out in one day, and they cleaned up beautifully. We have had storms since then, and I have yet to find random roofing nails in my driveway. I love my beautiful new roof!

My house was built in 2016 with a beautiful high pitched roof and has been giving me problems pretty much from day one due to what I just discovered was improper ventilation. A nice lady answered the phone both times and took my information. Of course she always asks about insurance and my reply is yes but I'm not sure if the repairs will be covered due to the deductible. Both times she said she would have someone contact me. Well no one ever called. I just want to thank yall because I called Erie out and they did a complete inspection showing me pictures backing up their findings. I purchased a brand new fiberglass roof for 45k with a 30 year warranty. The house looks better than new and I'm saving big on my insurance and utilities and most importantly I never have to worry about calling you again. Don't quite understand your methodology about who you call back but it's obviously flawed.

After a very messy water leak in our home while we were away for Thanksgiving with family out of…read morestate, our insurance company asked who we would like to do the repair work. Because of previous, good experience with them, we quickly responded that we would use H2 Renovations. Once the dry out work was done (including cutting portions of sheetrock out in 3 rooms to enhance drying and removal of wet insulation), carpenters Matthew and Jonathan showed up early one morning. They replaced and floated the sheetrock, reinstalled baseboards and shoe molding, replaced a bathroom door in less than two days. Painter Misa jumped right in to head up the painting effort (repainting the 3 affected rooms along with an adjoining hallway) with the help of Jesus, Junior, and Jose and a couple of other painters I didn't get the names of. Due to multiple coats and a few scheduling issues, the painting took about 9 days of work to complete, but we were thrilled to get all the repairs done in a little over a month. The office staff was attentive to our requests, and Bart kept in touch with us throughout the effort, maintaining a friendly, accommodating and very efficient oversight. Everyone involved was focused, efficient, and notably courteous while being very sensitive to our needs.
