I couldn't say enough about the multitude of folks working here. I came to this firm because I was in an accident (not at fault) and wasn't sure where to turn. From the moment I spoke with El Abogado del Pueblo himself (Josh) to ask if I even had a case to go with, there was care and intent to each conversation. To start the paperwork it was in the midst of COVID so someone actually came out to me at my home, we met outside, they wore a mask, I completed the documentation necessary (the next day I called - and mostly because I called on a Sunday), and everything moved smoothly from there. I was assigned a paralegal to help support me in gathering documentation, providing information for folks that they needed to be in contact with. I didn't have to take care of anything beyond communicating with that paralegal (Leslie) that helped, and every time I had a question, someone answered or got me an answer fast. I was able to text them (which was great!) and they got back to me right away with everything. This firm helped me throughout the lengthy process to not feel afraid of the insurance company trying to cash me out at a way lower 'settlement' than what I should receive, and also explained what to expect next from them each time we spoke. They were accountable, efficient, communicative, but most importantly, compassionate and treated me like a person. I felt like I was dealing with people that treated me like family, and I couldn't say enough about that experience. I would absolutely recommend Nunez Law Firm for if you've been in an accident. After reviewing my documents and evidence, I was told the firm could take my case and was given a breakdown of costs, including a $4,000 upfront fee. After I called back the same day to proceed with payment, I requested clear points of contact for communication. That was not provided, and instead I had to repeatedly call and even visit the office in person just to get basic updates. Phone calls felt like they went through a call center with constant redirection, and communication was very disorganized. Over time, I continued following up because there were no meaningful updates on my case. During this period, I was also charged for phone conversations despite the lack of progress or clarity. Eventually, after multiple delays and after being told the attorney was on vacation, I was finally scheduled to come into the office. When I met with Attorney Dominic and paralegal Nayeli, the meeting began with, "What are we here for today?"--which was concerning given I had already gone through intake and paid. At that meeting, I was then told the firm could not take my case after all. This directly contradicted what I was told during the initial consultation. When I questioned this, I was given unclear and inconsistent explanations, including that no one recognized the prior approval or conversation. At that point, I had already invested significant time trying to communicate with the office and traveling there multiple times. I also received only a partial refund, despite no actual work being done on my case. Overall, my experience felt disorganized, lacking in communication, and unprofessional. I hope this helps others set clear expectations when considering this firm. They deserve to be reported to the bar.

We were transferred to IBF law from a highly recommended law group in Phoenix. We were told they would be able to help with our unique case (MY 2 YEAR OLD WAS A VICTIM OF A HIT AND RUN) but right from the start it was very disorganized. After months of no communication or updates I started to contact them to see what the hold up was and they proceeded to tell me they were unable to get the required documents to move forward and asked if I could try to retrieve them myself. After many hours on the phone and moths of back and forth emails I was able to retrieve ALL THE RECORDS. When I expressed my frustration with the fact that I had been doing ALL of the work and I didn't understand what they were contributing to this lawsuit they brushed it off and assured me that it was about time to start the "demand process". When reviewing our case I realized they had the whole story and event of the accident WRONG. I requested us have a phone call to all get on the same page. SHEREE WRIGHT (THE OWNER OF IBF LAW) proceeded to scream at us over the phone and when we asked why she responded with "that's just how I talk, everyone knows that" and when I asked about the whole story of the case being wrong she said " ITS YOUR FAULT you didn't verify this was right". When I asked if these calls were recorded she said yes and when made clear I wanted the audio recording she hung up on me.
