I couldn't say enough about the multitude of folks working here. I came to this firm because I was in an accident (not at fault) and wasn't sure where to turn. From the moment I spoke with El Abogado del Pueblo himself (Josh) to ask if I even had a case to go with, there was care and intent to each conversation. To start the paperwork it was in the midst of COVID so someone actually came out to me at my home, we met outside, they wore a mask, I completed the documentation necessary (the next day I called - and mostly because I called on a Sunday), and everything moved smoothly from there. I was assigned a paralegal to help support me in gathering documentation, providing information for folks that they needed to be in contact with. I didn't have to take care of anything beyond communicating with that paralegal (Leslie) that helped, and every time I had a question, someone answered or got me an answer fast. I was able to text them (which was great!) and they got back to me right away with everything. This firm helped me throughout the lengthy process to not feel afraid of the insurance company trying to cash me out at a way lower 'settlement' than what I should receive, and also explained what to expect next from them each time we spoke. They were accountable, efficient, communicative, but most importantly, compassionate and treated me like a person. I felt like I was dealing with people that treated me like family, and I couldn't say enough about that experience. I would absolutely recommend Nunez Law Firm for if you've been in an accident. We had a meeting with Mr. Nunez who was also very kind and professional. They listened to my brother's story, they took his medical records and they agreed to look into this further as his wife was in the medical field for many years and she could give an opinion but felt we had a strong case. They said they'd read over everything and go from there. When we heard back, they said they wanted to bring on another law firm to help take on cost. okay great, let us know what they say right? We never heard from them. I would call and check in when I could to see what the status was. We would hear that they would call back and never hear back. We called back again and ask to speak directly to Anthony and we will wait. Put us on hold. When I last spoke to him it sounded promising that they were also going to help take on the case and we needed to set up a meeting. I told him let me get my parents on the same schedule and call back with dates and times. I called back and once again was met with they'll call you back, never got a call back. Call again, no call back. My mom called them no call back. My dad calls to get more info and Anthony informs him well we never had a contract and no case went forward and he "called me and left voicemails trying to reach me" which is a lie, and basically told us we need to pick up our paper work. Very disappointing to get to a point with them and have very poor communication. Many times Anthony would apologize for bad communication. Then to hear they dropped us without any notice and the audacity to lie and say he called and left me a message, is very disappointing. My brothers case is time sensitive and why get our hopes up just to have terrible communication and then drop us? I do not recommend them to anyone under any circumstances!

We were transferred to IBF law from a highly recommended law group in Phoenix. We were told they would be able to help with our unique case (MY 2 YEAR OLD WAS A VICTIM OF A HIT AND RUN) but right from the start it was very disorganized. After months of no communication or updates I started to contact them to see what the hold up was and they proceeded to tell me they were unable to get the required documents to move forward and asked if I could try to retrieve them myself. After many hours on the phone and moths of back and forth emails I was able to retrieve ALL THE RECORDS.
