Patty was friendly and easy to deal with. 24/7 access is nice too, not that I was dropping things off in the middle of the night, but having the ability to go when I needed was a nice plus. the manager at this location is never there if she is she is no help. thankfully the number i…read morecalled to do the move in the guy was amazing. but i had an issue with my bill and she wouldn't even listen to what i had to say, she shut the window in my face , refused to help . so i called another location because apparently there is no customer service line and told him . He also got an attitude and was no help !! i would say those two need to be fire then that place would be great , but she ruined it for me and now has lost a friend and myself as customers and i have been there for over 2 years smh . Im positive she is living there . she always has multiple vehicles there washing them and a few dogs that she keeps there . if I could i would rate a 0 !!
