This place is RAT INFESTED. PLEASE stay away. I was here over a week ago to check on my unit. Instead, I found droppings, urine, and a decaying rat all over my things. Almost everything I have is ruined. I went to the office and asked if there was a known infestation issue, and was told no. I informed the manager of what I found and she specifically said "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" This girl looked to be in her twenties and was extremely rude. I then asked.... "If you are unaware there is a rat problem.. then why did someone place patches of DUCT TAPE on the wall where rats chewed through my unit? I never got a call or notice for that either." The woman looked dumbstruck and said "We have people perform routine maintenance but don't call about that." Tape is not the quality of maintenance I pay heavily for. One of the holes goes straight into another customers unit. I can see it also has a duct tape covering placed -from inside- their unit as well. I wonder if the other owner even knows. Why not use the traps, sprays, or professionals out on the market for this exact issue? That is the maintenance I expect from a local business that boasts great quality and customer service. I can deal with bugs and spiders that show up, but when you lie and turn a blind eye to dangerous health hazards that ruined countless sentimental items... You are a new level of inferior business. read more
