He also got an attitude and was no help !! i would say those two need to be fire then that place would be great , but she ruined it for me and now has lost a friend and myself as customers and i have been there for over 2 years smh . Im positive she is living there . she always has multiple vehicles there washing them and a few dogs that she keeps there . if I could i would rate a 0 !!

I rented from Federal Storage for approximately 7-8 months. Signing up was super smooth and assistive. Rob was easily available, quickly answered any questions I had, was very helpful for the same day very smooth sign-up/rental. I have observed Rob very protective of the storage rental/property. I really appreciated how smooth the process was, taking very little time to sign up and have the rental available to me, and the feeling that my personal belongings are protected both by Rob's presents on the property as well as the security gate. Definitely give Federal Storage Five stars and highly recommended!
