My first job with him was my kitchen, done in natural cherry back in 2011. Completely custom with desk and bookshelf area. Then he did a large entertainment center to match the kitchen cabinets in the adjacent family room along with a small outdoor kitchen cabinets a couple of years later. In 2021 he did a huge painted maple wall unit for my husband Legos in our bonus room which came out amazing. He did my brother's kitchen in painted maple. He turned a small tiny closet into am amazing pantry by removing existing door, opening up the sheetrock and installing a cabinet with pullouts and shelves all the way to the top. He took care of the sheetrock work and the door, etc within my brother's budget. Then he helped him find the quartz he wanted at a very good price as well as the installer. Currently we just put a deposit down to get our 2 masterswalking closets and linen closet in our master bedroom as well as a bathroom vanity in the kitchen style for a bath next to it. He is patient, he dedicates time to you so he can understand what you really want and he does his best. He likes to help you with stone for your counter tops and sets you up with others that can give you a deal because of him. Because he is really busy you have to wait for your turn and sometimes you have to be patient if for whatever reason the job ahead of you becomes delayed. It's better quality, durability, and must important, is a personalized design, built to my exact specifications, making the space truly unique. I started with the laundry. They did an awesome custom made cabinets to meet exactly my needs. The second project, was my garage. The custom built-in design in grey was impeccable. The seamless wall of cabinets hide everything in the garage (my husband tools, big christmas boxes, everything). The garage looks organized and beautiful. My next project was the master bedroom closets and the children closet. Finally, they re-do all my rental apt (kitchen, baths, bar). I had known from the first contact with S&W that this would be the company that would be doing my Reno. Chelsea was my designer and what a fabulous job she did designing the perfect master bath. Robert was my project manager and was wonderful as well keeping me updated on what would be happening at each stage of the Reno. Anyone who entered my house was very professional, did the job they were assigned to complete. Job was completed in the time frame they had given me. I was also able to use plumbing fixtures from another source with no problems as well as the closet system. I highly recommend S&W as I will be using them for my next job coming up soon. If you want to complete your project on time, I strongly recommend that you select a different…read morecompany. We started discussion with S&W Kitchens in February/March of 2025. On June 13, 2025, we signed a contract with them. Work began July 21, 2025. They finished on May 26, 2026. The contract stated that it would take 4 months, possibly 5, to complete the project. It took them 10 months to complete. There was a total of at least 15 weeks (a week being 5 consecutive working days, i.e., Wednesday through Tuesday) where NOTHING was done at the house. Prior to beginning demolition, they required a total of 60% of the contract to be paid. At the end of demolition and rough-in, which took 4 weeks, they required a total of 84% to be paid. Then they wanted payment for the project to be substantially complete and usable prior to the installation of the glass shower walls or the master being usable. That would have been 95% of the contract. The supervising contractor stated that he would not have the shower glass installed until they were paid. I sent his boss a copy of the Florida legal requirements for being substantially complete and usable, and I also hired an attorney. When it came time for the final walkthrough and final payment, they didn't want to provide us with the Affidavit of Contractor's Final Payment, which shows if there are any subcontractors who have released their lien and those that haven't been paid and how much they are owed prior to receiving the final payment, even though we had the right to have it according to our attorney. Then, when we received the document, it was a "waiver and release of lien upon progress payment."

We have been looking for a company to replace our countertops. After a brief phone call, we decided to stop in and talk to someone about our tops. We met with Jessica, who was a delight to deal with. We explained to her what we were trying to accomplish and had a few pics to show her, to give them an idea of the project. My wife and I were pleased to have a company seemingly looking forward to serve a customer. We made some color selections and set an appointment for the tech to come out and finalize the deal.
