This is the absolute worst FedEx hub I've ever seen. I've lived in 7 states and this place just sucks. They rarely can get anything on time and half the time they just lose it. They leave packages in rain (I have a box for packages, not locked so they can get in). They will lie and say something was delivered when it wasn't. I have 4 security cameras around my house. Someone steps foot in my yard or driveway I know it. Unfortunately companies won't let us pick who they use. If they did this hub would go out of business. read more

Worst FedEx hub EVER: I don't know what's wrong with Grove City FedEx, but as others here have said, it's becoming the Bermuda Triangle of FedEx hubs: anything that ends up there disappears and never gets delivered, at least not on time. I hate dealing with their people because they all speak English as a second language and I may as well be talking to Mumbai or Karachi or Manila instead of the middle of Ohio. Their crappy customer service is inexcusable and egregious and they need to shut the place down and transfer operations to somewhere with competent staffing. The Grove City Ohio FedEx facility has no control. Not even a busy season, and package has been delayed for a week. Package keeps being updated every single day that it's on its way, but still sitting in their parking lot. Per their website and tracking information, package appears as though they have a delivery driver going in circles, and can't get out of their parking lot with how many times this delivery has been updated. Upon calling FedEx, I'm provided with more useless information, and that the package is "on its way". read more

Every time I receive something shipped via FedEx, it travels through the Grove City depot. Every time, it sits for multiple days and misses the original delivery window. Multiple times I have had it ship to another location and right back because they sent it on the wrong truck. In one instance my package was delayed for over a month and traveled back and forth 4 different times. Initially I was concerned when FedEx didn't bother sending me any shipping information for my packages. I received no links or live updates, even know I have a FedEx account and have ordered multiple items from the same wholesaler that ships using FedEx. I had to manually look up tracking information through the wholesalers website. It's highly unusual. I wasn't able to live track the driver, given that he doesn't honor the delivery time window provided. Which he usually doesn't. The 2nd red flag was having my guitar and the roadie case end up on separate routes even know they were picked up from the same warehouse at the exact same time. The roadie case for my new guitar arrived today with the shipping box punctured and gashes across the case itself, My guitar is still in limbo. Two days late. And I'm seriously worried about it arriving damaged as well. Especially since this is how FedEx employees treat and handle peoples packages, and high end items. Every delivery from Fed Ex arrives at the Grove City facility on time, then takes several days to a week to be delivered. They never come close to the original promise date. I had one perishable package ruined by late delivery and many of my other deliveries require signatures, so to facilitate the process, I have it delivered to Fed Ex store.
