Also, whoever picks up express from this locations drop box gets there hours before the last pick-up time should be and doesn't change the "hasn't picked up" sign. I REALLY hate how FedEx doesn't have a location in their store where you can drop pre-labeled and packed items. Each time I go in it's very clear I'm holding something that just needs dropping and I'm never greeted or told that I can drop my item instead of waiting in line. Quiet and small office, clean and well kept up. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there is rarely a bunch of people in there, so they can concentrate on helping you. This location is small, and being used to the Cherry Creek location, it does take some getting used to the size. Finding yor way to it, and back out, means navigating the Lowes parking lot, but they are far enough away you don't have peole unloading pickups next to you. All in all, a nice place to stop. read more

Very friendly staff in a small, clean office. I needed to get something printed in a hurry and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Able to send your files over email or cloud so you don't have to deal with flash drives anymore. Color prints are a bit pricy, but would recommend. I have not used the FedEx store around 56th and Wadsworth, Arvada, for shipping. However, I have used this location for printing. On Friday January 3, Jon was very helpful with my printing, laminating, and trimming project. He verbally explained all the instructions for using the equipment while handling needs for about 3-4 other customers. I didn't have to read step by step instructions on 3 pieces of equipment - risking missing a critical step; waste and time was minimized. I had great reviews on my project, all thanks to Jon. Seriously the worst night team I have ever encountered. Not just in Fedex, but overall experiences. Ever. This young man has charged me $300 for a $20 shipment because he put in the wrong box size. Sold me the wrong size box, twice as much as the ones I wanted. When I brought them back to exchange them he offered to trade me five boxes for five boxes. When I pointed out they were twice as much he responded "well a box is a box, right?" And then offered to take my credit card info down so the manager could refund it. NOPE. Gave me a verbal "quote" for $20 on a shipment I knew would be over $100. When I asked and said I saw it much more expensive online he said "well online is the same as here, so you can look it up yourself at home. It does the same thing." Only when I asked if I needed to check prices myself on my phone did he actually go to the computer to check prices, all the while bouncing up and down saying his bladder was going to explode because he "seriously hasn't peed since he got here". I asked for four boxes, and he said he could only give me three, because he had five and wanted to save two for other customers... I'm sure his bosses would love to hear that he kills sales like that! And the kicker- tonight I went in forty minutes before they closed. He was vacuuming. I Asked for the paperwork I needed and started to fill it out, he said if I had questions I could ask, but might have to yell over the vacuum that he continued to run. Finally he made it to the computer to start processing stuff. Once again, doing the hokie pokie the whole time, and then had to take a pee break in the middle of entering my information. It took me 20 minutes to ship my box that normally takes less than five. Somebody get this kid a pee break. I asked the manager, Charlie about him previously. This guy is awesome and normally on point, but when referring to this employee he described him as "the top of our new employees" saying he's come far and is great. I hope to GOD that was an exaggeration. Go somewhere else to ship your packages. I know I've been way to involved in this kids bowel movements to ever be back here. read more

Placed an online order and got a call the next day that the items were ready to pick up. GREAT! Went in, took a look at them, they were a MESS. The tabs where crumpled and the hole punches where misaligned to the point that most of the holes where half off the page and would fall right out of a binder. They were unsalvageable so I had them redone and left. Later, when I received a phone call from the store telling me they were redone and ready to be picked up the employee referred to the original set as "damaged". I said, no they were not damaged they were done incorrectly and you need to check your work. When I went in the second time to pick them up they had had a shift change. I told the new employee what had happened and asked for a discount since they wasted my time he told me that since I was "crying about it" he would give me a discount. EXCUSE ME? Crying about it? I wasn't crying, I was calling you out on your inadequacy. You did a crap job and expected to get paid the full amount? Are you crazy? Misogyny at its finest folks. I tried to get in touch with the actual store owner but was only transferred to the manager on duty and he was one of the people who I was calling to complain about so that was useless. Needless to say, I will not be bringing any more business to them and I urge you not to as well. read more

Normally I like FedEx, but I was very disappointed in the service I received today. I was shipping an handmade wreath (which I've never done before) and the woman tried selling me on their in house packaging service which was $40. Then the shipping was additional $47!! I asked questions and felt they weren't really answered and they didn't give me options of any kind to lower my payment. I eventually left and went to UPS, which was 1/3 of the cost (!!!) and they were so much more friendly and helpful. read more

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience here, hence the review which follows. In short I recommend you TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. The basis of my complaint is lack of professional product and further more, lack of basic customer service. Shame on you FedEx Kinkos! Customer service is the backbone of any good company and in this particular location, you failed and in doing so caused us hardship and money. My fiance brought in a PDF file and pre-cut paper for our wedding invitations. The girl behind the counter attempted to print an example and it came out backwards. She seemed a little green and my overly patient fiance waited while she fudged another six invitations. Finally she told him she'd get some help and have someone more experienced process the job. A day later we dropped by to pick them up and low and behold, they *surprise*, were crooked and all a different gradation of offset top to bottom. Being nice people, we didn't freak but spoke to the man working behind the counter who acknowledged how messed up the job was. He told us we could bring in more paper and he would have the manager print them when he returned in the next two days. Further more he told us they'd knock off the $40 in paper which we were going to have to replace for the bungled job. Our options at that point were to A) eat the cost of the paper and take our business else where or B) trust the "manager" to process a job right and break even in our wedding invitation budget. We chose B. Our invitations were printed correctly when we finally picked them up, however, the "manager" was unapologetic and refused to reimburse us for the cost of the paper by knocking down the printing cost. REALLY???! #1 It was their screw up. #2 It was their screw up. #3 We were out $40 at the end of the equation. #4 We are forwarding this to corporate in hopes they will rectify our horrid experience. read more

I saw the bad reviews but this is in my neighborhood and I wanted to give it a chance. DO NOT COME TO THIS FEDEX! They are rude and incompetent. After waiting 20 minutes to be helped, the short haired woman made me buy a $20 box since my boxes weren't good enough and "lacked integrity to be shipped cross country" even though they had just come to me via FEDEX that way the day before! She opened all my boxes without my consent and started putting them in a different box. Not only did I experience problems but the woman in line before me was having issues with the same woman. This place is a joke and they should be shut down. Do not use this place! read more

They lost my business today.. the manager(some spiked haired emo guy) was super rude too the customer in front of me.. he told the customer ahead of me very rudely that he wouldn't ship his package cause he didn't have it taped correctly.. the customer said he didn't have too be a jerk about it and walked out.. Manager got frustrated and walked too the back.. some lady with a thick southern accent helped me and her fingernails were at least an 1" plus long so that she had too type with her huge nails.. it took over 5 minutes of me telling her the address that a normal person could of typed in under 20 seconds.. after telling her the shipping address for the 24th time I simply grabbed a pen and wrote it down for her.. when I handed it too her she said I didn't have too be rude.. went home and looked at address and it was still completely wrong.. absolute rude idiots at this location.. avoid at all cost! read more

Avoid this place, the employees are beyond rude. I came in to drop off a package that was already to go, shipping label and all. I've been there numerous times, walk in, leave package on the counter, leave. I was approached by a very aggressive lady, she began to smash down on the corners of the package and tell me the box was not good enough. She proceeded to tell me that she'd have to repackage it for an additional $10.00 or I'd have to leave and repack it myself. I informed her the contents are not fragile and the box was sufficient. I was told she would not ship the package, I told her to pound sand. Went around the corner to the Fedex service center, where I was greeted by a very nice lady who gladly accepted the package and wished me a good day. I wish I could say this was a one time event, but sadly no. Myself and a handful of my employees have shared the same experience. I would sooner eat a bucket of ground up toe nails than return to this Fedex. read more

They were very helpful when I was in here last week doing a custom print job for a flyer. It is significantly smaller than most other fedex offices yet they are still able to get the job done quickly. No complaints other than that I think it should be a 24hr due to there not being one anywhere close to the Highlands/N-Denver area. read more

I go to what I still call Kinkos a lot to print, scan and copy as I work from home. This location is the closest to my new house but is below average as far as Kinkos go. Theres 1 printer for both black/white and color. It always jams, especially when you try double-siding printing. And if you say try and print something and the printer jams and you already paid because thats how Kinkos work its going to take you about a 1/2 hr to get a refund from the unpleasant staff. Its also a extremely small location with only 1 or 2 computers. Go elsewhere! But, if you go the other FedEx in arvada its only a ship not a printer center FYI! read more

This location has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was shipping a laptop and the manager came over and said I had to have a special label and a P/N for the battery in the laptop. Mind you this laptop was just shipped to me w/o any of these less than a month ago. I mentioned this and he had a big attitude. I asked if we could pull the laptop out to get the info. as I already had it packaged. He said in a very negative tone, 'we don't have those labels here and can't help you'. Ok great, you do have computers with internet access though, right. So we could have found the info. and printed it but I was done and didn't want to give him my money. Guess what, I went to the UPS Store and a very nice woman took my laptop package and shipped it without any questions. I just had to sign a couple pieces of paper. This is the difference between making money and failing. I hope your corporate office realizes how much business you just lost as I ship packages often and will tell all of my employees to never use this store or FedEx again. Look at the other reviews, I'm not the first and I'm sure I won't be the last for this egotistical manager. C'est la vie. read more
