Even though when I walked in and there was a line, there were plenty of people around to help make that line go faster. One gentleman even took my package to self check-in for me because it was a heavy box and I was in and out in a few moments. Great customer service! Typical fedex experience - walked in with another gentlemen, wasn't greeted for about 8 minutes. Workers are talking with each other ignoring customers. Make eye contact several times with an older employee who eventually motions me over. He feels it's necessary to berate me with a rant on why my package isn't taped and I must be in "the 90% of people group who don't tape their packages." It's not a requirement to tape packages before drop-off... If you hate your job, don't take it out on customers. Find somewhere else to work and stop being a Scrooge. Shout out to Sami for being so helpful and patient. I always have great service at FedEx but Sami was super helpful today. I needed to print my shipping label, and the email I was sending was not going through to them. It kept failing. Sami advised how to send the shipping labels to them with an alternative method and it worked. She never got frustrated with me for how long it was taking to get the label sent over. After weeks of trying to gain access to a FedEx label to return a product that was sent in error, I was finally able to use my common sense on how to print this label that gave me such a hard time! Emailing, texting nor did screen shots work! It helped going here first and when it was my turn up in line, as I was talking to an awesome employee.. a light went off in my brain, which triggered an easier way to print this label. Sheesh!!! I can actually be smart as heck at times. TOOT TOOT Imma need FEDEX to become like their competitors, as the competition make it extremely easy to return equipment and packages by a simple scan of a QR. This way of doing things makes things customer friendly. Technology has upgraded guys...meaning FEDEX ENGINEERING AND MARKETING DEPT. I came up with my own solution which was, to go to Walgreens and use their print station, and print off the FedEx photo from there, onto their shiny paper and then to return it, to this facility in which, they accepted this and taped it to my package for send off. ‍ ‍ Come on FedEx Corporation...2024 we humans need better!!! I visited FedEx on or about July 22, 2025 to have a poster laminated. Was told it would take about 15 to 20 minutes, what no one told me that the laminating was just repaired however it wasn't fixed Noah tried to laminate my poster however all he did was ruin my poster. The manager Jessica and also Noah said they were sorry my question to them was my poster was ruined so I am reordering the poster and going some place different. They tried and tried to have the new poster done at their location I declined, but told the manager that FedEx owed me $27.00 she responded they would laminate the second poster free of charge, I declined and reordered the same poster and sent the invoice in the amount of $84.52 and told Jessica all she owed me was the original price I quoted of $27.00 her response was FedEx will not pay that amount. As it turned out I learned that FedEx does not care about customers. So for any potential customers, beware of doing any business ever with FedEx. read more

He went out of his way to make sure that our package wouldn't be returned back to us and even gave us directions to the nearest post office when our return couldn't be processed via FedEx. He didn't have to go out of his way to help us considering we couldn't process our return via FedEx but he still went of his way to. To whoever hired Laya, you truly have an amazing hire on your hands. Laya is single-handedly one of the best associates that I have had the pleasure interaction with. Not only did she take the time to help me get what I need done, but she also was patient enough to answer any and every question that I had. For as busy as they were, she truly made me feel valued. She is a wonderful associate, and I truly hope they value her as such. If there's any one in management that I can talk to in order to make sure that she gets the recognition and advancement that she wants, please let me know as she definitely deserves it! 10/10 will be returning for Laya. I had gone into this location with intentions to ship an item, after reviewing rates online. It was 3 hours until they closed, so more than enough time to process my very simple transaction. Without even providing the rep any info (aside from the state this package was going to), he informed me the only option I had would be upwards of $130. After seeing tons of rate options online (that had the exact specs and location input) with most being about $15-$35, I was blown away by the figure he seemingly pulled from thin air. So, I stepped aside and attempted to pull up the address to deliver to, as well as screenshots of the rates I found online matching the packaging size and weight. While doing so- the rep kept asking me if I "wanted to proceed with the transaction" or if I planned to "pursue this service further." Each time, I explained I was trying to find additional information and I just needed a moment (there was nobody else in the store/in line and I had already moved off to the side of the counter). By the time I was done repeating myself each time, he again asked if I wanted to continue or not. This happened 7 times. Which was extremely rude and annoying. I finally got so sick of him asking the same question over and over and over again that I just said screw it and left. This is probably the 3rd time I had been to this location and I can honestly say I haven't had a single decent experience here. I won't ever be back. Thanks for NOTHING fedex. read more

I have used the services of this location off and on over the years. Prices are fairly reasonable but I have never had an issue with packages being lost or damaged. The wait time can be long depending on the time of day you go but overall it's a good place with friendly staff. read more

This was the second time doing a print order at this location, and it will be the LAST! Both times they got the wrong name for the order, when we were there, in person, and both times they had a hard time finding our order. They claimed to have called, but had the wrong phone number, and that number was out of service, we checked, so they lied about calling. Then, they got an attitude when we said this was the second time they screwed up. I recommend going elsewhere for print jobs, especially if they are important. read more

These Managers at this location are Rude, and all they tell you is go print it your self at a copy machine, "We are SLAMMED" today with orders. Really? My husband and I came to this location at 6:30 pm on Thursday 7/4/21. For reference, the closing time in this day was 8pm. He came to print 8 copies of his resume on resume paper and buy 8 folders to place them in. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, my husband went to the was next in line and the female employee told him that he could either print the copies himself at their self printer or place an order for pick up. She said they were too busy and had to fill other orders. She then pulled out the type of paper he can use at the self printer station and at that station, you can only use regular white paper. She said he had the option of ordering, but that it would not be ready until 1pm the next day. His interview is at 2pm, so we decided to go to office max instead as to avoid stress if picking up resumes that are supposed to be ready at 1pm. It's very disappointing that this store is too understaffed to service the walk in costumers. My recommendation to management is to hire staff to fill orders and hire separate staff to service walk in customers. Very disappointed in our interaction tonight. read more

I have placed a few printing orders here and I must say, I am EXTREMELY pleased! For anyone who doesn't know, I'm a part-time Uber driver and have turned to FedEx Office for help with printing some signs and flyers. The jobs are always done wicked fast and look extremely professional. The staff is very nice too! They have everything you need here...from copiers to paper cutters, to computers that you can use to design your own stuff. They also sell various supplies such as hole punchers, paper, pens, rulers, etc. It's a great one stop copy shop. I love the signs that I had printed here. The cool thing is that you can do everything online....all you do is upload your project, choose the paper and options, submit it and it's usually done within an hour. They email you and sometimes call to let you know your order is ready for pick up. It's so convenient and easy. read more

My father passed away and, in my grief, I was told I had one day to get a program printed for his memorial. In a panic, I rushed to Office Max Print Center since it happened to be near my other errands. The staff was disoriented and completely overwhelmed with my job--nothing more than (60) copies of a simple, black ink print on a single page program. They seemed offended that I would have a 'rush' order and said they'd be charging a 25% additional fee and couldn't promise how soon the job would actually be done. It was the opposite direction from where I was going, but I remembered what great service I got from the Chandler FedEx Print Center about a year ago and gave them a call. Joey answered and was not only kind on the phone, but he graciously encouraged me to come on in and that they could kick out the job for me with no problem. When I arrived, Michael M. was at the register and made me feel completely comfortable with not only my large job but also my immediate need for it to be processed. At one point Joey swung by and asked if I was the lady that had called and made sure I was happy. Michael worked quickly for me but skipped no step in making sure I was happy with the special paper, the alignment of the prints, and he encouraged me to let him do the folding of the programs for just a few cents. (A tiny detail that would have been the bane of my evening had he not offered me his foresight.) My grief was overwhelming that day and I was continually on the verge of tears, trying to manage all that had been put upon my shoulders at the last minute. The kindness your team shared with me was priceless and I hope you will pass along my most sincere thanks to them both. The Fedex Kinko's website allows quick and easy uploading and editing before the order is sent - then I just stop in at lunchtime or on the way in the next morning and pick it up. Got a meeting in Albuquerque tomorrow morning and you need training materials printed, collated and bound? Snap. Pick it up at the location down the street from your Albuquerque office. read more

Place is always great my prints are always done perfect (I've done 13 different print orders this month) wish they were a little more consistent on calling when my orders were done and they did a little better moving people through the line as I have had a couple long waits just picking up already paid for orders. This location is disgusting!! FedEx is unreliable and incompetent! This is the second time they have disappointed me!!! I sent my sister in law Vegas some important documents and insurance cards for my son. My sister received the package halfway open. Guess what?!? The insurance cards weren't in there! I am applaud! Why do I pay 9.50 for crappy service! The first time they disappointed me I sent my niece Christmas gifts last year. It was so overpriced it was insane. It was almost 75 and it only went to one state over in Nevada. Why do they charge so much when FedEx company is pathetic and incompetent?!? I am truly done!!! DONE DONE DONE!!! Now I have to waste time after a long grueling 40 hour week week to call my incompetent insurance company Cigna to get a replacement card. All because FedEx is incompetent and lazy. The slacker behind the counter that took the items must have dropped my insurance cards and now they are just lost in the world. Great now my personal information is floating around. Disappointing experience. Google listed their closing time as 10PM, Yelp says 9. I walk in at 8PM to do a expedited passport, and they say they're closing. I mention the website and the manager immediately says it's a third party and he has no control, and their closing time has been 8 for the last three years!!! So you mean to tell me that you've allowed your web presence to be incorrect for the last three years??? He then blames corporate because they are responsible for updating this. No ownership. Just pretty much a shrug. He did stick around to take my picture so I could go home and do it myself, so I'll give him credit for that if they fix their stated hours online (including Google and Yelp). If management reaches out to me and demonstrates that they have fixed their posted hours on line, I'll change this to three stars. Otherwise, it's gotta stay here for a demonstrated total apathy to letting people know when they're actually open. To let this be three years out of date is just not acceptable. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They know absolutely nothing about customer service. The Manager Andrew greets you when you walk in and you believe he cares...its a facad. Instant in line to pick up an order 10 minutes, 6 people "working" no one so much as acknowledges your existence. They see you but pay no attention. Andrew continues to stand around the package desk, sees me standing there for 5 minutes...nothing. a girl comes in behind me...waits a couple minutes, then goes and tells one of the ladies at the package desk she needs something printed and she goes to help them...excuse me? Wtf am I waiting in line and why did you help her and not the person sta ding here 10 minutes? Andrew still pretending to do busy work still seeing a paying customer getting no service and does nothing. If I didn't need to pick up a prepaid order I would have left. I will never come back here and I encourage you to go elsewhere...they clearly don't care about your business.
