I went to sir speedy last Friday 5/17/2024 with laminated pages to make books. I first emailed the business to get a quote about binding my books with a coil. The response time was within 24 hours. Then I went to the business, I was greeted by Alisa Johnson. She was very nice and professional. My books were ready the following Monday on 5/20/2024. She called me when they were ready. The place is open 8-5 it's great for people who work late. My books are nicely binded. read more

I had sirspeedy print my business cards. I was concerned about the font size being too small. I asked the staff Alisa to print a copy out so I can check the size. I got the cards and they were way too small to read. I took a picture of the card next to the paper she printed out for me and asked for a redone. She responded that I asked her to print so I can check if the information was correct?! It was the most absurd and laughable lie coming from an adult's mouth. I was the one giving her the file. And she also printed the other size so I can check if my own logo is correct too?? On top of that I requested to make a change on my voucher design and make 100 pty. Didn't do it either. I have the email to prove everything. I hope the owner gets in touch with me. read more

I was in a real pinch at work and I was lucky to be near Sir Speedy & was able to get my large, custom print order, on a Friday all before 2 pm so I didn't hit any traffic on my way out of Chandler. I called Sir Speedy because I needed to print some flyers for a presentation I had in less than 24 hours. My business partner realized she didn't order enough from the company she used; she didn't bother to contact them again. She believed they were not able to print more on time. So I said I knew a guy and I heard his company does great work fast. When I called Sir Speedy, I asked if it was too late for same-day service, and the sweet lady on the other end said, "Oh yes - we can get it done for you." I then spoke to another sweet lady, her name is Priscilla, and she helped me complete my order. I called around 10am and they were ready for pickup by 1pm! What!?! The quality of the flyers where amazing! Plus, Priscilla was so kind to introduce herself to me in person. Service was superb, the print job was spot-on, and your people are great! read more

Her name is Ziva, and she works at the Staples Store on Baseline and Cooper in Gilbert, AZ. I was in a panic because the poster I ordered through an online store, paying $50 extra to have it delivered by May 22nd, wasn't being delivered until May 23rd. This was for my granddaughter's graduation party, and she means the world to me. Ziva took the time and patience to help me get this done through the store where she works, and it was done by noon the next day. It was beautiful and perfect for the party. Frustrating experience with a complete failure to communicate or deliver on time…read more I placed a pre-paid order (Order: 6953830982) after hours on June 11, 2026, for same-day pickup of a laminated poster and brochures the next day. On June 12, 2026 they called while I was in a client meeting and left a voice mail saying they couldn't laminate the poster. I returned their call at 5:33 PM that same day. When I arrived at 7:30pm the store to at least pick up the brochures, I discovered they hadn't even been printed. Unbelievably, the employee at the counter claimed they held up the entire order because they were waiting for the return call I had already made. They told me to call the next day because they might be done. They weren't. On Saturday, after the actual event I needed the laminated poster for had already passed, I went back to the store. The employee admitted the brochures still weren't printed but promised to run them immediately if I waited 20 minutes. I waited in the store for over 20 minutes, only to be approached by a manager named Carlos with a completely different story: they actually had the laminate all along, but someone had broken the machine. I left the store empty-handed yet again...no brochures, which I can still use and no poster (which is now useless to me as the event is over). To top it off, Carlos then asked me to drive back a third time at noon on Sunday just to see if they could get it resolved. This location dragged me along with conflicting stories, empty promises, and endless wasted time. Because of their severe lack of organization and communication, I missed my deadline entirely. Avoid their print services if you have a schedule to keep.
