I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Jim was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me make decisions regarding paper type. I was quoted a two-day turn around, but they exceeded my expectations by completing my order same day. Frustrating experience with a complete failure to communicate or deliver on time…read more I placed a pre-paid order (Order: 6953830982) after hours on June 11, 2026, for same-day pickup of a laminated poster and brochures the next day. On June 12, 2026 they called while I was in a client meeting and left a voice mail saying they couldn't laminate the poster. I returned their call at 5:33 PM that same day. When I arrived at 7:30pm the store to at least pick up the brochures, I discovered they hadn't even been printed. Unbelievably, the employee at the counter claimed they held up the entire order because they were waiting for the return call I had already made. They told me to call the next day because they might be done. They weren't. On Saturday, after the actual event I needed the laminated poster for had already passed, I went back to the store. The employee admitted the brochures still weren't printed but promised to run them immediately if I waited 20 minutes. I waited in the store for over 20 minutes, only to be approached by a manager named Carlos with a completely different story: they actually had the laminate all along, but someone had broken the machine. I left the store empty-handed yet again...no brochures, which I can still use and no poster (which is now useless to me as the event is over). To top it off, Carlos then asked me to drive back a third time at noon on Sunday just to see if they could get it resolved. This location dragged me along with conflicting stories, empty promises, and endless wasted time. Because of their severe lack of organization and communication, I missed my deadline entirely. Avoid their print services if you have a schedule to keep.
