I've been a card collector over the years and decided to sell a large majority of my collection on eBay. The process began January 2026. It led to more than a dozen visits over the coming months, with most visits consisting of dozens of packages being delivered. From the first day I went to this location til current date my experience and expectations have been above and beyond. Every individual I work with remembers my name, is extremely helpful, friendly and they get me through in a very timely fashion. They're very upbeat and optimistic no matter how busy it tends to get there and it makes every visit extremely enjoyable. This staff provides top notch customer service and I hope their upper management reads this in the near future. read more

This post office is not near my house, but I enjoy stopping by when I am in the area and need to get some mail sent. Usually the wait isn't long for me, but it was unusually long today. Tiffany was awesome! She kept the line moving and kept asking people in line if they had items to mail, that she could quickly help with. She was so efficient and I love her customer service. For example, the customer in front of me had to fill out an envelope and so Tiffany quickly helped another customer get a receipt. She values her customer's time! read more

Small Post Office on the north side of Ray, east of Higley. Seldom long lines, drive-through mail drop boxes, friendly postal workers. Only drawback is a lack of shade in the parking lot. read more

The USPS website says the passport walk in hours are from 3-4pm, M-Thursday. I went with my son during said hours, was almost hit by a car who squealed in front of us. A lady jumped out to run inside and cut in line. The UPSP worker cut the line off with the same lady, and told me and my son with a smug look on her face that she can't help us, and walk in hours are only on Tues, Weds, and Thurs 2:15-4:15pm. I said to hell with this place, went the next day to a Mesa postal office during their walk in hours and was helped and processed within 15 minutes. read more

!!!FOR PASSPORT PEOPLE PSA!!! You need to be the first four people in line to get your passport done!! They only take 4 people because each one takes 15mins each! We were 5th in line and veryyyy upset when we found this out! Get there early! More upset because we had no notice about this anywhere! read more

This post office is superb! The ladies that work in this post office are knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. I use this post office on a regular basis and they always take their time with each customer to make sure they are completely satisfied. I cannot say enough about how efficient this post office is run! read more

If I could give this place a 0 rating I would. We waited a month for our passport apt (booked online) we show up 15 mins early as instructed. We checked in with Tiffany. She tells us to come back at 10:45 when our appointment was for 10:30. I told her we will just wait because as soon as she was done with the guy that was ahead of us, it would be our turn. Well instead of taking us, she decided to make us wait while she went on her long break. About 45 mins later she finally comes back and gets started on the applications. Apparently Tiffany is the only person out of all the people that work there that can process applications. She was rude and wasted my time waiting for her to take her break. She also took the original birth certificates when all she needed was a copy because it was a passport renewal, so apparently the only person that works on passports don't even know the rules! I recommend going to the Chandler location, quick, friendly, knowledgeable and they have 5 people trained on passports. read more

This US Post Office may be small, but it sure is mighty. There's ample parking, but the interior space is small and there's often a line. However, the team works quickly and I've never waited long. I really don't like shipping items, but have found myself here a few times in the past year. The team here make it painless and seamless. Everyone here is so nice and helpful. I rarely come prepared. I usually don't have my items or labels secured, but the team lets borrow their tapes and/or staplers and seal everything right then and there. No complaints here! read more

If you're going to be too lazy when there is no line to ship my package and tell me to use the kiosk (when someone was there sending 3 packages on it) then maybe you should have more than one kiosk. I ended up waiting 10 min to my turn on the kiosk; only for the machine to shut down for an update. Unprofessional. Why bother paying employees to be there at this point. I had to leave, I don't know if I can make it back with my schedule all because some lazy employee told me to use the kiosk instead of do his job. read more

One of the reason why we need to get away from government run agency. Can you name one that is run successfully? USPO is diffidently not one. Employees get to comfortable thinking they are untouchable, a common theme with a federal employee. We come here to mail or ship, or pick-up. Nothing more, or less. Something that this agency has tried to perfect over a hundred years, and is still unable to do? They wonder why this federal branch is in the red? This location is very slow, the line ran past their PO boxes almost out the side door. Not the front door, but the side door. Guess what, they still only had one person helping everyone! This review is based on two experiences at this post office, both of which were after their normal business hours so I cannot speak to the staff or personal service there, however they do have a self-service kiosk machine that will walk you through buying postage for your basic packages and letters and the building is open later than their listed operational hours. At other post offices there can be 90+minute waits but here I visited in the evening and was in and out in about 10minutes using the self service kiosk. The only thing I wish they would change would be to add the tracking numbers to the receipts. read more

It's the post office. They often get a bad rap, but really they do an amazing job. This location is a bit cramped. They have "social distancing" stickers on the ground, but people cannot help but to violate those when they go in an out. There's only one door into the area with counters, for example. If you're in line you're blocking people from accessing their PO boxes. It just really isn't possible to set up this space for proper distancing. But they did the best they could with what they were given. The staff is moderately friendly and efficient, processing postage purchases pretty quickly. No complaints about the service. read more

Employees aren't friendly or nice but they get the job done. Be careful with the parking entrance and exit as it's not like the others and most people wind up entering through the exit and parking diagonally. Front part is open late so customers can mail pre-stamped envelopes and packages. read more

Make sure you bring your packages ready to go and don't require any tape or anything else that every other shipping location handles for free, otherwise you will wait in line forever due to the slow service, and then be told that you need to buy an entire roll of tape so that you can ship a small package. Either charge me a reasonable charge for a piece of tape or charge me regular price for a roll of tape, but don't charge me an overly marked up price because you are trying to take advantage of customers when they don't understand you're stupid rules that are different from everywhere else. Gotta love government ran businesses! read more

Post offices are a hit or miss these days but this location was great. Got there about 10:30am and there were no lines when I got there but quickly formed as I packed my box. Line went quick and staff actually smiled and was pleasant. I will definitely return to this location for my next shipping! read more

Their drop box is ALWAYS locked which makes it extremely inconvenient to drop off packages after hours. Additionally, they take way to long to process packages. If I drop off packages closer to their closing time (4:30pm), they process it the next evening! I prefer to drive an extra few miles to visit the location on Val Vista between Warner & Elliot. They process packages quickly and they keep their drop box unlocked. read more

Smaller local office, busy sometimes, empty other times. A hidden gem. While I'd prefer they stay somewhat hidden and not so hectic, also want to ensure they survive. Parking lot is nicely paved now, was rougher for the longest time. read more

Very poor customer service today. I originally spoke with a lady with extremely short hair and all I wanted was my letter to be stamped with today's date. The reason I need this is because I was mailing a lease check for our family business. In the past we have been fined $500 late fee because it wasn't stamped with the correct date even though it was mailed on time. Now we go in and personally get it stamped with the correct date. The clerk immediately told me this was a service that they no longer provide. Next I went to the postmaster to ask him and he said he would do it in the back room but not in front of me. Even after explaining the situation in the past he refused. Horrible customer service that would've taken two seconds to stamp but spent five minutes explaining reasons why they couldn't do it. Never going back! Update: I just drove over to the post office at Val Vista and Palo Verde and they just stamped my letter no problem. Friendly and efficient staff! read more

I can only rate this on the building as I didn't interact with the staff. The parking lot is weird. There are two entrances (kind of 3) and if you take the one on the west side, it is possible that you'll pretty much be driving the wrong way and have to park backwards in the angled parking spaces. Must be driving west on Ray to enter the other two entrances. Odd, but there you have it. read more

It's great that they have a sign on the door saying that masks are required, and their own employees don't wear them. Well, it's really just one. She leaves it hanging off her ear. Looks like she wants to make sure everyone knows she is defying orders. Most of the time they are less than friendly as well. read more

Why the hell is the after hours drop box locked on Sunday?! Someone back there is stuck on stupid. I read an earlier review stating the same thing but I didn't believe it (now I do). I tried to put my packages in the next bin which as so damn full it wouldn't open. Post offices aren't convenient anymore. It's worse than going to the DMV. read more

This dinky little post office is rich with history! Established in 1910 and still standing and bustling today. I always enjoy helpful service and pleasant persons. The automated delivery kiosk is a bonus on busy days and after hours. It's especially delightful on a day under 90 degrees to ride my bike over for special delivery's. read more

Despite the long line of customers, USPS moved very quickly. The employee helping me was kind, knowledgable & didn't even show a bit of frustration when dealing with my long process of sending a package to Singapore in 5 days! My first experience at this post office was horrible. Of course, it was just before Christmas, and I'm sure the employees were tired as all get out... I was trying to pick up a package for my mom and had no idea where to go. It took me 3 employees just to find out I needed to wait in the same line as everyone else. I get it, it's a small location. Now, on the other hand, during a less busy time, I've had a great experience. The employees that normally man the counter are much nicer than the staff that works in the back (who happened to misdirect me several times during my first visit.) Hopefully, with more visits, I can bump this rating up. On a side note: It's a cute little building and it really gives you that small-town feel despite this being just about the only thing left in Higley. I know, it's kind of superficial, but it's somehow a plus. :) read more

Fastest customer service I've ever received at a post office. The place was clean and in a good area.

I always get very helpful service when I need to go the post office. Quick, easy and not too far from where we live. Since this post office isn't too big, they don't have the mailing options (as many of them) as a larger post office. We usually go to this one or the Chandler one, but this one is closer to our home. The people working here are always very friendly. Love it! read more

Horrible... worst postal man I have EVER had! Quit delivering mail to me over the dumbest thing EVER ( my lil 8 yr old left 1 add mail in an outgoing postal box)!!!
