They have a selection of a little bit of everything. I believe the company merged with OfficeMax, which was a store that I liked a little more. Usually, packages I order I have delivered to my job, however, on January 30, 2018, I ordered a 25-lb snow blower from Amazon.com that I scheduled to pick up at a UPS Access Point location due to the weight of it. When placing an order through a representative, she assured me that it would be delivered via UPS. This was an important item because we had a horrendous snow storm that was coming in a few days predicting 6 inches to a foot of snow. This was an awful time for me because I had just lost my Mom on 1/17/18 and needed to make sure her house was plowed. I got notification through Amazon that the item was ready so I went to this store to pick up. I didn't know what I'd be facing when doing this. I told the young man at the counter that I was here to pick up a package and gave him my ID. He told me that he didn't have a package for me. I showed him proof through my phone app that the package had been delivered there. He looked around and then told me "Oh, there is a package that came from the post office and I opened it, is this yours?" I looked inside and lo and behold, the parts to the snow blower were in there. It was then that the chaos started. He told me we don't normally accept post office packages and you should be glad that I accepted it. I informed him that Amazon told me it would be through UPS. He told me that since it was shipped to his store and it's not UPS that he is not obligated to turn it over to me. When I tried to answer, he threatened to keep my package and told me to let him think about what he plans on doing. I explained to him that my dear Mom had just passed away and to please not treat me in this way, let me have my package and I will just go. He kept looking at my ID, knowing that the package was directly addressed to me. I know he was enjoying threatening me and giving me a hard time. When I tried to show him the name on the invoice to prove that it was me, he interrupted that attempt and told me "Just take this package before I change my mind". It was then I was just about in tears. There was a line of people so I guess he was happy that he had an audience to show this harassment. There was an gentleman who also worked at the store, watching the incident who felt sorry for me. He saw me as a woman trying to struggle with this package and he came to my rescue and told me he would carry it to my car. That was the only bright light to this story. I thank God for him. I will never step foot in that store again - no human should ever be treated with that much harassment, disrespect and rudeness over a simple shipment error from a business that wasn't my fault. Sharing so that others are aware.

It always felt like taking care of me was too much work for the ladies working there. The last time I went in to drop off work, I told the one woman that I always feel like I'm imposing. She quickly said, "you're not, this is what we do" and I thought that would be enough to make them aware. It didn't! I have always tried to be understanding and give people the benefit of the doubt. That isn't the case here. These women are rude, short, and just not very nice. The woman who sits st the computer should be behind a curtain so people won't see how miserable she appears. I pass many places that do printing to give business to a local merchant. It won't happen again. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this printer.
