I WAS going to go there to send a GAP car insurance claim via fax. I asked for some help from two staff members, who said that they'd help me, but then went back to a computer....one staff member was able to help because I had some questions for if the fax was considered local, long distance, etc. Turns out that to send all the pages in the GAP claim (lots of pages), it would've cost $100! HELL NO! I'm not going to shell over $100, for a few pages.....that's TOTAL BS! I'm going to work and going to see if they can help me send it!.... read more

What great service! I had a really large unique item to ship but had no idea how to pack it. This location took great care in making sure it was packed well and it showed up without a scratch all the way in Las Vegas! Even though they were busy they took time out to help me and it was an excellent experience, 10/10. read more

I'm fairly new to the area. Went in to send a few faxes. Staff was rude and nasty. I asked one person a question, she snapped at me. There was another that stood right next to me to change a sign but never once said "hello", "do you need anything". The facility was clean so it looks nice enough but the staff was piss poor. read more

I needed to get something sent overnight. I had a label, but didn't know how to get it into the envelope. I needed help. I went to a FedEx OnSite location close to home and while waiting in line I was not instilled with confidence. I decided to leave and go to a full service store. And that's how I ended up here. There was one person working. She was on the phone apparently with her boss talking about the two other employees that did not show up today. So... she was not only busy, but was dealing with management issues. She finally hung up and helped me in no time flat. Though it took a while, once she was able to help me she instilled me with complete confidence. I give this place an A. Had she not had to deal with her boss and management issues, which delayed her attention to customers, I'd give it an A+. read more

Fedex asked me when I wanted my package to arrive. $220 for next day by 8:00, $174 for next day by noon. I chose the less expensive option. It got there at 4:00 and the food was spoiled. No refund, they say, because they do not guarantee a time of delivery. So why do they charge more for different times? And why don't they tell you when you are sending the package that they do not guarantee delivery time anymore? Giant ripoff read more

I have used FedEx services for many many years. I have always been pleased. However with this location, they never are able to receive emails. I'm positive that they received them as I copied myself and several other people who received them and were able to open the attachments. I also went to ship a broken cell phone. I was told that I had to purchase a "special" box for 8.95. Only then could it be shipped. Surprisingly the cell phone was returned by the cell phone company in a padded envelope. What a great way to increase your profits. While I was in the store, employees just chit chatted and were more concerned about their conversations than providing customer service. As much as I hate too, I highly recommend using UPS or USPS for your shipping and printing nerds. read more

I have been printing projects at the Glenway Crossing Kinkos for years. The staff has always been Great to work with. I just recently sent a project online and then called them and they said everything is taken care of. I went to pick up the items and everything was printed correctly, but I was over charged by about $60. The manager said she was on vacation last week and everyone is new. She could cancel out the order and refund me, but it would be a huge hassle and she really did not want to help me. She also said if she did this, I would not be able to take the copies with me today and I'd have to pick them up tomorrow so the new order would go through, which didn't make any sense? I told her I needed the documents now and can't wait. I explained to her how I'm the customer and she shouldn't inconvenience me, and I have other choices on where to get my items printed. She did not say anything else or even tried correcting the situation. Extremely poor customer service! read more

I went to this Western Hills location because it was in my neighborhood. I had a graphic design that I wanted them to finish, they did that well, for $50.00. However, when they downloaded it onto a USB to be taken to the printer, they down loaded this so that it made it print completely backwards. When I went to pick up the T-shirts, I had a $150.00 worth of shirts with the writing in reverse. Since the script was in Hangul (Korean language), the printer had no idea it was backward. She just printed what was on the USB. Then I remembered that the counter person was having a difficult time downloading it, and had to solicit help from a customer in the store that was a graphic designer. When I went back to the store advising them that they screwed up, and I was not going to take this loss due to their inept ability to do their job, they told me I would have to speak to a manager, and she was not there. I said call her, and they did, no answer, so they left a message. I was not rude, I was not yelling, cursing, or out of control. I merely stated I needed a manager's confirmation that this was going to be dealt with. So while I was waiting for Sara the manager to callback, they called the police on me, thinking I would be afraid and runaway. I knew I had done nothing wrong, so I continued to wait, and Sara called back. She was very rude, saying that I was lying. I had the USB and prior to the call to Sara, I had the counter person plug it in and sure enough, it was backwards. So when Sara called me a liar, I had the counter person tell her that they had in fact downloaded it in reverse, Sara still said I was lying. We agreed over the phone that she would call me Monday morning 9/23/2019, I have yet to hear from her. These people are not professionals. I use to teach QUALITY for Federal Express back in the late 80's & early 90's, I have personally met Fred Smith, and if ya want, you can shake the hand that shook the hand...lol This was the era (1990) when Federal Express won the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Fred Smith you should be ashamed of the depth you have allowed your business to sink to. When Federal Express was the standard of QUALITY, it seems FedEx doesn't even know what it is, because I asked the counter girl, and she had no idea. Avoid this location at all cost, they are hacks, and they don't care. I don't know if they really called the police, because no police ever showed up, but that is not uncommon in Cincinnati's Westside. read more

I had the misfortune of this being the only nearby FedEx while I was in design school. Every time I went there there was some sort of problem that the staff could not resolve and the turn-around time for printing was much longer than at other locations. Avoid this location if possible. read more

I had a terrible time at this location. Everyone was taking their sweet time getting to me. First I had to sign for a package, and the clerk didn't seem to know how to get it released to me. Then the computer to order business cards froze up. The lady who offered to take my information and call me to get back to me, called an hour later. I had already ordered cards at another location. "That would have been helpful if you called us when you did that." It's not my job to help their employees, it's their job to help me. read more
