I printed a Canva order to this location. I was excited that the prints were ready much sooner than…read moreexpected, but was underwhelmed by my experience in the store. There was only one person in front of me but it took a good 15min for me to be helped, which hey, that happens. They weren't rude but they weren't friendly. I got my prints and they were obviously printed lopsided and instead of addressing the obvious they just hoped I wouldn't say anything. When I asked them to cut it down to correct it they made a couple of mistakes there too. Then they only gave me half the envelopes I ordered. When I had to go back in the store to get the rest they were like "oh how did that happen?" But no apologies. In total it took 30min to get lower quality prints. All of these things on their own are minor inconveniences I wouldn't normally care about, but all together they were annoying, and again, while not rude, i feel like apologies and proaction is needed when all of this happens to one customer in the same span of time. It's just part of service.

And I have been to this location several times to come to this conclusion. Other than that you know what you are coming in for when you visit staples. I get my supplies from them here and there. When sending out normal packages they arrive in a timely manner. Today I used their print services for the first time. I emailed them the file, they responded promptly (special shout out to Melanie for such a polite and professional email!) and the print was ready incredibly fast. It was a larger print, 11x17, lots of colors, cost a little over $1, and great quality. I love this store!

The package arrived in destination city at 10:30 am next day but wasn't delivered until 11am the following day or 48 hrs after shipping. Talked with the store manager and he said he'd put in for a claim as it didn't make sense as there was no weather delay. Well the claim got rejected due to weather in Kentucky. Corporate UPS customer service is a joke. This is like them saying they couldn't deliver from Cincy to Cleveland because there was a storm in California. UPS isn't responsible for weather delays. Best say a prayer if you use UPS as they don't honor their word.

Really like these folks. They have a good selection and really try hard to take care of anything…read morethat goes wrong. Tools break and prior renters abuse things, so they have to problem solve a lot. I've rented excavators, jackhammers saws for concrete, dump trailers, tampers etc and they have always done right by me.
