I had a simple drop-off situation but the people ahead of me had some complex returning situation and the people working there were way more patient about it than I probably would have been. This location also has lots of packing stuff, some office supplies and printer type stuff. It's also conveniently located near a Half Price books and other shopping destinations, so it's not out of the way if you have things to do. AND they're open every day of the week! I love that.

Then a few minutes later a woman walked in and she stopped and helped her on another computer then came back to me and had to re enter my business account. She charged me $34 for two boxes saying my original boxes were retail boxes and she couldn't ship them, which was not true. They were shipping boxes. I will not go to this location if she's working there, she's rude. Save yourself the headache and use a different location.
