We have consistently had our packages delivered to the wrong place on our property. Even after contacting supervisors (no small trick with phone mailboxes, etc.) and getting our complaint put on a case number, the next delivery was dropped off at the end of our very long driveway, and then on the delivery ticket, it said it was delivered to the front door! Unless we live in the blue sand barrel down our driveway, that was a lie! We have specifically asked that packages be left at the front door. We don't understand why they are consistently left at the door on the side of our garage! This has been going on for years. Unfortunately, Chewey uses Fed Ex which means we often have to go outside and carry the heavy boxes around to the front door. I stop here 2x weekly to drop off my work packages. The staff are amazing and super polite.

My dad got Covid and needs 27/4 long term care. I am moving his apartment which he has lived in for 25 years. I shipped moving supplies to his apartment building. 2 boxes came early and I don't live in Concord NH. So I had them held at FedEx. I can't get them because my ID does not say I live at his address. They would not work with me at all. I have a FedEx account with both my address and his address and all my contact info. FedEx can send the package with this info but won't release 2 packages I have on hold, waiting at this not nice FedEx office. I don't recommend using this office as they have no compassion AND have no policy for people like me who have to take care of their parents who are no longer cognizant and cannot even dial a phone or come with me to the FedEx hold office to let them know to release the packages of packing material to me. Please come up with a policy to help people like me instead of being completely dispassionate and offering no solutions. I can't be the only one. I do see other Yelp reviewers who have had problem with the staff and some had good luck. Must be a shift problem read more

This is my go to copy center. Recently I spent about 30 mins sitting at a computer desk working on a project. From where I was sitting I could all the exchanges between customers and the staff. I was very impressed with the positive helpful service each staff member gave each customer. In these times when people are frustrated, short tempered at times for the staff to greet every customer with professionalism and kindness is extraordinary Kudos to all of them !! read more

Jake did very well with the fact that I was short on time and couldn't figure out the printer options on the self-serve stations. He was extremely helpful, very personable. Additionally, I was running to an interview (cutting it close on time) and I had an unpleasant burn on my hand I needed to cover up... I asked him if there was any chance they had a Band-Aid... not only did Jake bring me back a Band-Aid, but he brought me burn-cream as well. Holy cow, that's kindness and service! Worst possible fed ex I have ever been in. Employees don't care/ couldn't be any less helpful if they tried. I don't know how this location stays in business as I have given them two chances and am done wasting my time. My first visit was for business cards. It would have been a large order but they couldn't have cared less. They wanted me to use their self service app which wasn't user friendly. In another state, at a fed ex location, this same service was done full service mode. I found a wonderful free standing print shop in Concord who did a beautiful job at very reasonable rates. Feel free to PM me and I will give you their information. Last evening I was in to do an overnight mailing. The clerk gave me a passive aggressive smile and said , "We don't ship to PO Boxes ". This was after she had taken my drivers license information. She was much more interested in that then helping me. Perhaps more is going on at that location than meets the eye. Always very professional and attentive. The staff is always helpful at getting my projects completed. Regarding shipping services of FedEx...educated, knowledgeable shippers receive great service from FedEX...people who have unrealistic or inappropriate expectations are sometimes disappointed (like most situations in commerce). read more

I've been in this store a couple of times and always find the staff very short and unwilling. Today I witnessed the clerk berate a customer who could not work the copier. It appeared they we're understaffed and tensions were very high in the store. There are way better options in Concord, for shipping services. Steer clear. read more
