I was scheduled for a professional development the next day and needed copies for the substitute teacher. I came to the shop and Tracy the Assistant Manager helped me out tremendously. By far the best business customer service at a shipping store that I have experienced. I went to this store a few days after Christmas and was greeted by smiling faces as soon as I walked through the door, which was quite shocking to me since this is their busiest time of the year. I have been visiting this location since the early part of October and although the service I typically seek out is utilizing the self-serve machines it has been a positive experience each visit. I have visited often for printing so I believe it's a good time to gain insight on consistency of service. Upon entry I have always been greeted and assured that if at any point my self-service required attention they were there to accommodate. At one point there was and I did receive the assistance I needed and in an eager fashion which I appreciated. From observation of my foreground I can consistently hear other customers greeted upon arrival and thanked during departure. I haven't heard any unsatisfied customer during any of my visits and I believe that speaks volume because unfortunately we live in a time where exceptional customer service is looked at as a privilege rather an expectation. With that, I place great value in the businesses that do an outstanding job much like this location. read more

This is NO WAY to TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS! We made two trips to this Conroe FedEx Store to ship our packages. On Wednesday August 30, we drove over and the store was closed, there was not any note saying SORRY CLOSED BECAUSED OF RAIN DAMAGE INSIDE OUR STORE! So on Friday we called and there was only a busy signal, we called several times unable to hail anyone. So on Saturday we drove over to FedEx, they were still closed without any notice on the door! However, there was a man cleaning or repairing the floors inside the store, he would not answer the door. So, why not have a telephone message about being close and where to take our boxes to another open FedEx Store, or a note stating a problem with the store ability to open for customers, SHAME ON YOU! We wasted precious GAS FOR NOTHING. read more

No customer service skills, not helpful, not even polite or friendly. If Aimee (name is based off of my receipt) would have put for the effort to help me in person instead of the very little effort she put in, then she would have saved us both the frustration we ended up with. A simple print job took way too long because of a simple setting request from color to black and white. All she would have had to do was come up to me. There was no one else in the store when I arrived and only 2 others arrived while I was there. I completely respect the features and options they have on their machines to obtain your materials for printing. However, there are so many options that you either need step by step help, regular use of the machine so you gain that experience each time or time to sit and read all of the steps and instructions before you print. To put it plainly, this is not an in and out experience if you haven't done it before and the staff are not willing to help. (Gawd forbid the poor people who are not technically savvy try and work it) The one thing I expect from any business I visit is customer service. I didn't get that here. I continue to frequent this store over the others due to the fast, friendly & knowledgeable service. On my latest visit, Tracy was a lifesaver! During this period of staying home, I decided to complete some online training. The online class had volumes of reference material that was going to be used for a series of exams. Instead of printing hundreds of pages of material and hand punching them with a 3-hole punch, I emailed all the attachments to Tracy and got them printed on both sides and installed in a 3-ring binder in a few hours. If I had attempted this at home, I would have used a ton of printer ink, I would of had to punch each page and it would have taken me hours to complete. I now feel confident to proceed with the online class and I am organized and ready for the challenge. Great job, FedEx! read more

Can't complain about anything other than the price to ship using FEDEX is redic compared to the USPS. The staff here is mixed, sometimes I have a great, friendly, and super helpful experience other times I get the feeling that this is the last place on earth this person wants to be. Believe me I get it -----working at a shipping store, especially during the holidays sometimes sucks, but how you choose to perceive it is your choice entirely. Extremely unprofessional. One employee aggressively tried to pressure me into paying 4.99 for him to put my 3 books into a box (something I clearly indicated I was more than capable of doing myself) while another lazily texted away on his iPhone. FedEx corporate should take a hard look at this store. It's behavior like this that drives customers to one of the many alternative shipping providers; just like how I today decided to take my business to UPS. read more

They won't ship boxes from the USPS. They will sell you an identical box and repack your box for $10 per box plus shipping of course. I'll ship with the USPS who gives you boxes for free. read more

I have been waiting for a package that was delayed due to Tropical Storm Harvey, which requires my signature. Package arrived last Thursday. It took another 2 days to get to the Conroe location. FedEx website was not updated correctly. There was confusion whether the package was in Spring, Conroe, or back on the truck for delivery today. Had to wait on the phone 20 minutes with the 800# to get confirmation the package was indeed in Conroe. Drove out there and arrived at 5:59pm. They are supposed to be open until 9:00pm. Doors were locked. I held up my claim ticket to show that I ONLY needed to pick up a package. The lady behind the counter just shook her head NO. Apparently, even though there is no sign of Harvey around this area anymore, their location is closing at 6pm all week....or should I say 5:59 per my cell phone. There were still customers inside the store. How long would it have taken to get me my package?? I drove 30 minutes to town to retrieve my package and now I have to do this again tomorrow when there are gas shortages in the area right now. BAD customer service. I also wished the 800# would have been able to advise me that they had shortened hours this week when I was tracking the package because everybody was back to work and school today, the sun was shining, curfew is lifted, no flood waters anywhere around here, and just dumbfounded. I sat in my car in the parking lot for 15 more minutes and watched 8 more people show up trying to go inside to conduct business and were as dumbfounded as me. FRUSTRATING. read more
