I've politely asked for them to reimburse the cost and all I get out of them is that they packed it correctly and they aren't responsible. I've seen the pictures from the destination and I believe that a 3rd grader could have done a better job. I asked them again and they continue to say they packed it correctly. Well I guess not since the door arrived in more pieces than it started with. I asked again and they wont respond to my emails. So save yourself some trouble and unless you are shipping rocks don't use these people to ship anything.

One item did not have a price, so she called "management " meantime scanning the other items..... granted I should have had my mind made up BEFORE checkout, but while waiting for management I had a change of heart on one of the items I'd had to put aside, the cashier was dumbfounded and asked me if she'd already scanned everything... she had.. but we're still waiting for the price on the unmarked item, I told her I wanted to change one item for the one I'd had the change of heart on..... by now there are 5 people in line behind me so I said I'd pay for what she'd rung up... about then manager shows up, cashier says I wanted to change one item -- it would be an additional $2 so I had that ready... manager says NO, once the item is scanned its irreversible.... I cannot change my mind I cannot exchange I cannot return a scanned item. As I was walking away I reminded her the item id originally asked about didn't have a price tag.... Mgr says she'll call for a price--- I said cashier had already done that, and walked out. I'm still steamed about this.... Like many I've donated tons of stuff to "goodwill"..... many do accept exchanges, offer senior discounts even returns. The notion that they are a for profit institution rings clear now. I will not be seen in this one again. This was absurd. No stars but had to let others know.

It wasn't as fine as I wanted, but they did have them on sale. I needed a file pocket for some important receipts, also on sale. I needed a small flashlight for emergencies; they had it and it came with batteries. Their retail area seems well-stocked. I had no problems checking out, but there was a bit of a wait due to only one cashier. Something to bear in mind is that sale items aren't marked down until the transaction is totaled. So don't freak out like I did because everything rang up at regular price. It all works out in the end. Recommended for retail merchandise purchases.

I believe he should not have charged me the full service printing since I was willing to do self service and not my fault that self service printer could not do the job. He was talking to his colleague on radio unit that he is frustrated so he took out on me, the customer for having to do extra work! Hope he feels better.
