I used the Delafield FedEx location to print a 2' x 3' painting. I had purchased the painting and digital form from Etsy, but had a lot of difficulty emailing the digital download in the right format to the FedEx location. So I went into the store. One of the staff, a guy named Axel, was tremendously kind, and helpful. we went through the whole process of emailing the file again until it arrived in the right format. Then he was able to process my print in an incredible one hour. It was a highlight of a big Halloween party. I would definitely go here again for printing services and I would ask for Axel. I have dropped off pre-printed label packages at this location twice now. I formally have worked at a UPS store so I know how drop off packages work in that type of business and how much the store receives per drop off. If they say that your label is incorrectly. They can then overcharge you the full amount of shipping in addition to what you have already paid. the first time I did it I knew that I had waited correctly however I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This is the second time I am dropping off at the same location and I know that I waited correctly after packaging with some wiggle room in between to make sure because this has happened before. The store it was 2 pounds heavier than I said it was. It was a board game that is not possible. I believe they are doing this in order to make more money on drop off because at the time that I worked at that type of establishment it was one dollar per drop off label whereas if they charge they are now making nine dollars claiming that I have labeled it incorrectly and I have no recourse to argue with them. It is not a coincidence that this has happened more than once in the same location. I drop off there again and never paying to ship anything from that location again. if you do plan to go to this location, I would recommend you watch them way your drop off package and match it up with your label so they have no argument to overcharge you for no reason. Update: I was able to contact me buyer, and she weighed and verified that is the as under the weight of the original label and was able to send me screen shots. I was correct, I was inappropriately charged by this location or fed ex in general. read more

After my aunt's funeral, I shipped artwork I received from her estate in WI to my home in NJ. They didn't have a box the right size at the store, so I left it in John's care to package up when he got one. I paid $205 for the service. When it arrived, the glass had shattered, the art had come out of the frame and was scratched. The painting was wrapped in a plastic bag, taped to a cardboard backing, and placed inside a larger box. They used no bubble wrap, no filler to pad it, and the inner package wasn't secured to the outer box. There was a lot of space to bump around and break. The outer box was torn, so it wasn't treated as fragile along the way. I can't imagine how it could have arrived in one piece. How did John let it out of the store like that? I don't get it. What did I pay for? A plastic bag and a box? I opted for FedEx over UPS or USPS thinking you get what you pay for, but I didn't get what I paid for. I'm genuinely confused about what service I bought when I trusted my dear keepsake to them. read more

This is to fedex in general not delafield but It is beyond me how fedex company still exists ...it was maybe good back in the day but it's a total craphole company now ....the delivery part of fedex is complete trash, majority of the time ur packages aren't on time like they should be like Amazon and ups even regular mail is better ...the drivers could give two craps about your packages ...they don't know how to read signs saying put packages on porch...im glad I got off early one day at work the day I got a package...the driver left it outside in the rain thankfully I found it b4 it got water damaged and literally a foot away from the package is a big sign ...swear 90% of ur drivers didn't graduate cuz they can't read ...I get very disappointed everytime I see my package is coming through fedex never on time never! read more

The ladies in here are so great! I came in needing to ship something to make it in time for Christmas and they were up for the challenge. My box was wildly inaccurate and they had me covered. They scrounged around for an extra box and packing materials a hooked me up for cheap. They worked with me to find the cheapest shipping rate and not gouge me in the eye like most places (cough -fed ex on 76th in Milwaukee - cough) Also Starbucks is next store ;) read more

Fed Ex in Delafield has very poor customer service! I don't frequent this store and now I know why. I walk in and two woman employees are working but neither acknowledges me. I head to where they are working, but still no acknowledgment. Another customer walks in and they walk away from me and split up. One to help the new customer with a drop off and the other to stand around(Jennifer). The customer finishes their drop off and the 2nd employee finally acknowledges me and completes my transaction. When I mention that they need to brush up on their customer service skills and acknowledge customers when they come in, Jennifer, gets defensive and says it's not her fault because she's a trainee and makes excuses for their lack of curtesy, saying she's worked a truck before and now that she's in the store they sometimes are too busy to acknowledge customers. Beyond Jennifer lacking customer service skills, she chose to argue with a customer in front of other customers with her hands on her hips and frankly was downright rude! She definitely isn't a great choice to be in a customer centric role! FYI- ironically I stopped at UPS first not realizing the package had a Fed Ex label. Two high school kids couldn't have been nicer and took the time to tell where this lousy FedEx store is located. You should be embarrassed, being outshined by two high school kids! I came in today with a friend who needed to ship a package. The women were not only helpful, but personable and kind. (They also helped my friend get the best shipping deal - bonus!) We didn't feel rushed or like we were a bother even though we were taking up a lot of counter space. I want to give the women working there big props, as I'm sure working at Fed Ex is crazy during this time of the year. Happy holidays and thanks for a great experience! read more

Really nice people here- they helped me find the cheapest way to print a ton of documents and it was so easy.

Well, I guess I will have to find a new print shop to work with. Apparently they only have one computer to print off of at the full service counter. I was told I could use the self serve machine but seeing as I was printing on one of their specialty papers I was forced to wait twenty minutes for the team member to call phone support for assistance while I waited at the counter. What a joke. The UPS store down the street will get all my future business. Hopefully someday Elisa learns how to use the computer... read more

Amazing staff!! We had our wedding invitations, rehearsal dinner invites and programs printed at this store and could not have been more impressed with the staff. They were so helpful every time we stopped in and the results were perfect with our printing. We had originally stopped in another printing store in the area and did not find the staff helpful which was discouraging. Thankfully we found great people here and could not be happier.
