Digicopy's always got my back, making it really easy to have almost anything printed within a day or two. I often need to have postcards, letterheads, large boards, and various signage created, and when I do this place is the first place I turn to. I simply send them an email with attached images and instructions, and generally within the day they'll respond either with clarifying questions or the time it will be ready for pick up. Sometimes I just need a few sheets of paper printed in color/high-quality so I'll just stop in and have them do it on site. Normally doesn't take more than a few minutes. Lately their employees haven't seemed the most pleasant or happy to help you, but I did see a sign explaining that they are short-staffed, so perhaps that's it. I definitely give them some grace, as I'm sure they're trying their best. Do note, they now have a $5 minimum for printing items, which I suppose makes sense. I've felt bad the times I've stopped in for something small and swiped my card for $2.81. I have yet to have an error in anything I've had done here, so I will undoubtably return again and again. read more

First time visit here and I plan to return! I needed some documents for work printed prior to 8AM and this is one of the only places I could find open that early that was closer to the surrounding downtown mke area. Upon entering the business I was greeted and the gentleman at the counter was friendly and eager to help me, even though he seemed to be in the middle of another print job. I greatly appreciated this as I was in a hurry. Sending him my files was easy via their email address and he double checked with me on the file layout and fixed until perfect. I use print shops for intense time sensitive documents with no allowance for errors so I'm a tough customer. This shop monitors their email address carefully, so my query about how to electronically transfer a document was responded to in a reasonable 40 minutes. I followed the instructions on their website to FTP my docs to their server and it was seamless. They printed the test order and called me within 30 minutes of upload to tell me the order was ready. This test was run after 5:30 PM on a weeknight. Good quality print. Good pricing. Great staff. read more

Its a hit and miss with costumer service here. A couple of the employees are friendly and get your things printed as quick as possible, while some of the other employees seem to be slow, rude, have no personality whatsoever, and seem to not be consistently trained. I have been coming here for a while so I know who is new and who is not. There are some pros and some cons here. I walked in and was plainly ignored for a few minutes. Then a guy came over and I explained I needed some files printed. He asked if I had them and I said no, but I could send them to him. He huffed and walked me over to a computer and started fiddling around and said to email them to some email address. I said ok, and started typing in my phone because it doesn't take a wizard in 2013 to email things from a phone. He asked me one question and then said I would need to talk to the production manager and she'd be right with me. While I waited for about 10 minutes, I noticed a guy in a suit sitting at a table in the entry way. On a sales call. This didn't really strike me until the next day when I came to pick up my order and he was there again. Get the man a desk, people. So anyway, the production manager was a woman who was supremely helpful and kind and made sure that I was going to be happy with the result before I left. She even promised to have it done by the next day, which they did. I will say that the price was a little higher than I expected, but solely on account of the production manager was this a good experience. It's unfortunate that I feel compelled to write a negative review for this Digicopy location. Their paper quality is excellent, but their customer service is anything but. I've frequently gone in there requesting ONE piece of paper (not even large format!) to be printed and they make me come back days later to pick it up. Their printers are always broken, and they love to ignore their customers. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because they do have a large selection of great paper. I had to buy my own large format printer for my house because I couldn't deal with this place anymore. read more

I go to Digicopy often. 99% of the time I think that the customer service is great! Sometimes they don't notice that I have walked in and I have to wait a minute at the counter. Might be nice if they had a bell? But usually they are quick to help. They do get the jobs done faster than any printer in town, I like the paper selection, prices, and think that the quality is as good as I have seen anywhere else. If I could give zero stars I would. This place has gone down hill with the newest group of employees. They are rude and the last few times I've been there it's been extremely unpleasant. Usually, I go in and give them a flash drive, they print my work, then ask if it is to my satisfaction or not. If it isn't correct or something messed up they reprint ask again and then we go to check out. After I gave the work printed and in my hands I pay and leave. They had one very pleasant woman working there a few weeks ago. I haven't seen her since. Maybe she just hasn't worked since I've been back. On average I'm there once a week if not two to three times a week. I've had bad experiences but today was the worst. I went in gave them my flash drive and told them what I needed. She immediately charged me for the order before even printing it. I had previously printed this poster at the same size about two weeks ago and was charged $14 (because it was printed later than I requested but the receipt said the price before the discount was $20) but today I was charged $35!! Before I could even process the price the woman told me that it'll print, I should grab it when it's done and cut it out myself. When I was there two weeks ago they cut it out for me. The print didn't even fit in the cut station that they provide for you to cut it yourself on and I know they have a larger one that they will use to cut it out for you. I had done test prints earlier in the day and the colors were correct in those but the final print was way off, streaky, and had splotches on it. But my deadline was fast approaching and I couldn't wait any longer. Frustrated and dissatisfied I left and won't be going back. I've been to the Wausau location and much prefer it. I'd rather drive the extra three hours and give them my business. Much friendlier, and way more helpful. This Digicopy has lost all sense of its customer service values. read more
