I think they do a great job for several reasons: the staff are smart and service oriented, they are well trained and well managed, and they clearly operate as a team. As a paying customer, it's extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch management belittle their staff in front of everyone. I often need to have postcards, letterheads, large boards, and various signage created, and when I do this place is the first place I turn to. I simply send them an email with attached images and instructions, and generally within the day they'll respond either with clarifying questions or the time it will be ready for pick up. Sometimes I just need a few sheets of paper printed in color/high-quality so I'll just stop in and have them do it on site. Normally doesn't take more than a few minutes. Lately their employees haven't seemed the most pleasant or happy to help you, but I did see a sign explaining that they are short-staffed, so perhaps that's it. I definitely give them some grace, as I'm sure they're trying their best. Do note, they now have a $5 minimum for printing items, which I suppose makes sense. I've felt bad the times I've stopped in for something small and swiped my card for $2.81. I have yet to have an error in anything I've had done here, so I will undoubtably return again and again.

Upon entering the business I was greeted and the gentleman at the counter was friendly and eager to help me, even though he seemed to be in the middle of another print job. I greatly appreciated this as I was in a hurry. Sending him my files was easy via their email address and he double checked with me on the file layout and fixed until perfect. The pricing was very fair!! I was actually in shock, compared to local ups stores I normally frequent for printing.

I was concerned that it was all over-priced cards and wrapping paper and while yes, there was plenty of that, there were also a number of surprising other items and I spent far more time in the store than I expected to. Surprising bonus: You can earn and redeem Barnes & Noble rewards here. I came looking for a couple rubber stamps and an ink pad that was part of a gift and was mildly successful in that task, though the friendly staff did explain that stamps were not really popular right now and I nodded in that knowing way of how things can be so cyclical. I'm sure six months from now you won't be able to swing a dead cat without hitting a rubber stamp display and at that time, I won't need any. I also perused the clearance cards and found some good deals and was interested in some of the items near the register but none of them had any prices on them. Great that they are 50% off, but if I don't know what they are half off of, I'm not likely to buy them. Will never understand why stores have things out without prices, how many lost sales must that drive? All in all, a decent store that I will return to when I am in need of some cards--especially if they still have that clearance section!

I checked the return policy and nothing said that i couldn't return it. Just went to get an M rated game and they said no because i'm a month away from turning 17. They made go get my friend who's 17 and didn't even check his ID. The employees are pains in the ass. I won't be visiting this location ever again.
