My go-to print spot! If you've ever been to a Yelp Atlanta event since I've been on the ATL team, you've probably scanned a QR code to check-in or maybe held up our giant Elite Squad poster board to pose for a pic. Well, thanks to FedEx in East Point for always printing us such high-quality products and files!! I absolutely love being able to submit my order directly through their website or through Canva, vs. having to reach out and submit an order via multiple email threads as some print companies require. Their website offers so many ideas and options for printing, even having a canva plugin built directly into their site. So if you're still working on a project or figuring out where you planned to go with your print design, they've got ideas! As soon as you submit your order online, you get a quick email letting you know that the order has been placed. I love when orders that I assumed would take for days, comes back less than 24 hours later with a email letting me know that it's ready! This is usually the case with this branch as I feel like they move at lightning speed. What's even better, is that when I walk into the branch, I feel so welcomed! The team is extremely kind and courteous, and even funny because I tend to place orders way in advance and when I finally sneak in to pick it up, they laugh thinking that I left it behind lol. This is my local neighbor FedEx express office. Located off Camp Creek in the Regions Bank shopping plaza. This place is typically not busy and everyone seems to be friendly and willing to help. Came in today on a Tuesday early evening (5 something) and was assisted by Tammy. Had to mail out an external hard drive out of the country. As I stood at the counter, one customer needed her help and there were a few other people walking in and getting in the line. I'd like to mention that Tammy was working by herself! Tammy was phenomenal. She was very patient. She explained everything and answered all questions and was able to multitask in a room full of customers and making everyone feel like she was aware of their presence and would service them. Placed a print order at 8:30am and was told it would be ready by Noon. Arrived at 6:30pm to pick up my order and it they hadn't even started processing it yet. After waiting over 30 mins for them to process my order, I get home and the order was wrong. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Very unorganized. read more

10/9/18. Came here to ship something. It's in Camp Creek so obviously you have to expect it to be pretty busy. Line wasn't too bad though. I stood in line maybe 15 mins but the employees here were definitely working to get everyone in and out. No extra stuff. They were definitely friendly as well so this wasn't a bad experience. Had to start job hunting, so I've been spending some time and money here. They now have 5 designated parking spots. It can still get really busy, and they still only have 3 work stations. I've been lucky cause the few times I've gone in, no one has been using the computers. Maybe its not luck and people have found other places to use a computer without it costing them $1.50 per minute. Staff is friendly, but not that helpful with computer stuff. read more

Chelsea handled that situation with class and professionalism and when done, turned her attention to me and if I'd not witnesses the event, I'd have never known that it happened. I needed a quick mass printing job to be done for the next day. The staff at this FedEx Office location was able to help me with exactly what I needed. Ms. Shon was extremely helpful in assisting me with finding the right paper size and weight for my project. She also gave me some options for reducing cost without diminishing quality. She told me that I could wait if I wanted it back within the hour and kept me updated on the status. It was a bit busy when I came so it took about 30 minutes but the wait was a small price to pay for leaving with the peace of mind given from a project done correctly, on-time, and under budget. Came here to fax 2 papers. I waited over 20 minutes before I decided to just leave. The gentleman behind waited about 15 minutes. Renee only acknowledged me when I asked for a pen, and that was when I first walked in. She never said anything else to me my entire wait. She never said "one minute" or "I'll be right with you." Then to make matters worse. She proceeded to help a group of white women that walked in about 15 minutes after me as if their business was more important than mines. That really pissed me off so I left soon after. Took everything in me not to go off. They need to work on their customer service. Very disappointed. read more

Needed to print and fax some paperwork so came here to take care of it. I was greeted by a friendly hello upon my arrival. There are signs everywhere so I'd say things are pretty self explanatory if you pause and read. There are 5 computer stations; 2 of which were open during my brief visit. I believe the cost today is $0.35 per minute for computer usage. There's an additional fee for b/w and color print. Fax is free. The place is small and gets crowded in spurts but the staff did a good job of getting the people in and out. I will return when needed. read more

Although I had a 1 star experience recently they are usually pretty on-point at this location. I ordered and paid for a print job from home and requested 3 hole punch. It was about 300 pages of material. When I check the job there are no holes punched. The lady shows me in the order where she says I didn't select it. Problem is, I was 1000 percent sure. I just told them it's unfortunate that they did not complete my paid services & left. Later went home and confirmed that I DID in fact select "3-hole punch" option. No one in the area had a multi page drill to cut the holes so I ended up doing 5 pages at a time at local Staples. Hours lost. Thanx FedEx. Not happy. read more

I spoke with a very accommodating and friendly employee named Wanda, and she was able to accommodate our needs in a short amount of time. To be honest, I was a bit stressed, but Wanda made things ok. 1 our 4 workers were actually working. When I walked in I see one male working flirting with a customer for literally more than 10 minutes. Then I ask I need colored copies, then I was directed to a machine that had no cards, then he disappeared in the back of the store for a good 10 minutes. Keep un mind I'm the only person in the store at this point. One working flirting, another in back, and one shipping, the other finally printing my copies. I had to demand and get the light skinned kid attention. I stated can you please help me, your machine is not working I cannot wait any longer. Keep in mind I have a active infant with me. I was sent all the way around a mulberry bush for something so simple. It took literally 45 minutes for 5 colored copies. After I got my copies, I had to wait for 3 people to ship boxes out, and one lady had the audacity to cut in front of me. People are so trifling. The entire staff was slow, lazy, and unorganized except for the guy that helped me. read more
