My original appointment was impacted, but the office was so proactive, calling me well in advance to reschedule. No rushing, no stress--I didn't even have to leave the comfort of my bed! 2. **Check-In:** Upon arriving, I was greeted by the kindest, most accommodating office staff. Every other doctor shoved pills at me or put me on some rigid regimen. Not Gary Bowen. In just MINUTES, he offered me an option that relieved so much pain--and in what felt like SECONDS, I was finally able to move without a pep talk or prep routine. The pain isn't 100% gone, but let me tell you--it's **manageable** for the first time in YEARS. The team didn't stop there. Because Gary took extra time to make sure I got the relief I needed, my appointment ran a bit long, and I was at risk of being late for my 1:45 meeting. The staff saved the day AGAIN by offering me a private office to conduct my meeting right then and there. Can we talk about above and beyond? **The Only Downside:** I was promised a Wonder Woman Band-Aid and left with a plain ol' regular one. I demand immediate changes to their Band-Aid inventory policy! It was reassuring to know that there were people who cared about her, made sure she was fed, cleaned and clothed so that I could continue to work. Over the years, we had many caretakers, but it was reassuring to know that I did not have to worry.
