I come here multiple times a month to print items for my job. I have been told multiple times to email my print order in advance in order to be able to pick up. Every time I do that whether it is an hour or two hours before pick up, the order is never ready. Today I had to wait over 15 minutes and was charged a $35 printing fee that I have never been charged before. Youd think since my order took longer than an hour and a half to just print 100 copies on standard paper that they would be courteous, but that is not the case. The ladies are usually nice and atleast sympathetic for the wait times but the older guy that works there .. is bland and rude. read more

Jadn was incredible!! I walked in needing blueprints printed at the last minute with a big meeting the following morning at 8am. He was TREMENDOUS in ensuring I got everything I needed printed (mix of black&white and color) blueprint drawings, plus additional 8.5' x 11" wiring diagrams in color. He double checked my paper size, type, and color selections, and seriously made it so easy for me, and also took my stress levels down big time haha. I called 4 other FedEx locations and OfficeMax locations before coming here and they were all unhelpful on the phone, this location was different. So glad I stopped in. Very poor service, not helpful whatsoever. I received an email that a package had arrived at this facility, so I went here to pick it up. As soon as I walked in, I was very confused. Where do I go? There were no associates around except behind the print desk. I went to the print desk and right from the beginning, the two women behind the desk were chatting and had no sense of urgency to help me. Eventually they asked what I needed and I explained that I was there to pick up a package. They were hesitant to assist me. Too busy gossiping, perhaps? I gave my name and a woman said they had no package for me, in a very condescending tone. I gave her my confirmation number and then she said, "it's probably still in transit. We get packages all day, so I have no idea when it's coming. We will call you." What a big help. It's 1:17 a.m. and no call even though my package was "delivered" yesterday. What is going on? Terrible service. Update: They didn't call me that next day. I went back, waited in line forever before the associate finally interrupted his customer to ask if I was picking up a package. It was there and I finally got it, but I was not very pleased with either of my visits here. read more

So this fedex is super fast and has amazing service. I had a 30 minute deadline in which is needed 9 books coiled and binded and then had to drop them off at a location. I did not call ahead, I just showed up and told them guy what I needed and how fast I needed it. Without much hassle, I watch him quietly do all of this in 9 minutes and rang me up. I was shook. Any printing place with this kinda of swift ability has a 5 Star in my book, because honestly, that's what most people getting something printed or binded needs. read more

I love the two Sams that work here but otherwise there seems to be a huge turnover so it's hit or miss. If you submit your job via the website - you better call because they do not check for submissions this way. As I said before - both of the guys names Sam do a phenomenal job and really 'know their stuff.' The print jobs are great and turnaround is pretty quick but pricey. I usually use webstores for most of my print jobs nowadays but for last minute stuff - I turn to this location. read more

FedEx agent (Michael), even with incoming customers, was able to work in my order (recognizing that I needed the job completed ASAP), within 15 min, and with the best customer service attitude I have seen in a long time. This is one of the best Fedex Kinkos that I've ever worked with, and they're 24 hours. We had a last minute print job that we needed ASAP. A very sweet and helpful young lady named Neicy gave us great advice and guidance. After we submitted our print jobs, Darius started working with us and he was so polite and helpful. He was very thoughtful, meticulous and incredibly kind throughout the entire process and did everything in his power to deliver on all of our needs. So grateful to have found them. Ok. I have only taken a package here to be delivered once. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. But I like this place because it is 24 hours. They have computers, copy machines, printers, fax machines (of course they all cost to use) and also a dedicated area where you can bring your own laptop. I've been going to this Fedex for about two years and I've basically completed my Masters program at FedEx. It was quiet, clean, I felt safe in the area at night, parking lot has lights. I missed the package at my home so I called to pick it up. I was told it was at this location. When I arrived they told me it was in the ground location in Kennesaw.
