I came here this morning before they opened because I needed to print something in a hurry for a meeting that was being held at 9:30am. I was standing outside a few minutes before they opened, and sure enough at 9am on the dot, they opened the door. There were two employees working in the store when I came in, and I quickly found the self serve copier machine to print out my docs. Unfortunately though, both of their copiers were not operational and I was perplexed about what to do next. To e person who appeared to be in charge offered to print my documents behind the counter. I knew that the price to print behind the counter is somewhat higher than if you print with the self serve machines. Ill trained customer service trying to scam 4 dollars a shipping bag and their opening hours are just horrible. Stay away.

Perpetually understaffed and slow. Usually there is just one person around. Simply dropping off a package which already has a shipping label takes 15 mins. I've had this experience multiple times. Please learn from the UPS store around the corner which has 3 staffers and is in-and-out for dropping off packages. read more

Terrible experience here. I specifically called ahead to confirm this location could handle passport renewal (as is listed on their website) and was assured they could help me get everything squared away and shipped smoothly. When I arrived in person, the staff informed me they could not help with anything except shipping. Zero empathy or help to route me to a different location and assist me in any way, or to take accountability for the miscommunication. Will never return here. read more

I came in to make some copies and the guy was in the back room at his computer and never came over to help. When the printer ran out of paper, I went to the counter and I said "excuse me sir." Ignored. Okay, maybe he didn't hear me the first time but I'm pretty sure he did, "excuse me sir" again. Nadda. Okay, asked my bf to say something, he said "excuse me" ahh...finally third time you want to come help me yessssss. I told him it's out of paper, he took out paper from another tray and put it in the tray without paper. Went back to his computer in the back. Um ok. Then it got busy suddenly and customers were coming in one after the other for assistance and he was slow to help. One woman needed a package taken out of her car, then another guy needed packing supplies, two more people needed to send packages, and then a woman walked in set her things on the counter to organize and the guy says, "hey don't put your stuff on the scale!" and then goes back to slowly helping customers with an ongoing attitude. I totally agree with the other reviews but the guy who works here seems to really hate his life and it shows in the way he speaks to customers. If you're going to be rude, a job that requires interaction with customers and requires some level of customer service, you should find another job. read more

Today: I was in the neighborhood and needed to ship a package and the USPS office next door had a long line. Problems: - No place to park. Seriously, don't even bother driving here. - I was one of two customers there and the employee working was oblivious I was there and spent 5+ minutes flirting with a female customer - When I asked him a question, he acted like I was a nuisance, didn't answer my question, and then turned to the female and started talking again. This is my 2nd visit to this location !! And I write this review as I stand at the location !! Honestly zero customer service !! Both the times I had to wait so long ! Either they are back in the storage room or even if they are at the counter they never seem to notice people at the store !! They are always busy doing something of their own business , take their own sweet time to respond and never seem to care to ask us what service we need ! Same experience both the visits !! My experience here was quite different. While this is a small branch and could use more computer stations (this was the first time I've ever waited in line for the computer at FedEx), I was able to get what I needed after a short wait. The worker, Jarius, was friendly even though he was busy helping customers the entire time I was there. Not the best FedEx experience I've ever had, but certainly didn't have the awful experience that many mentioned. read more

This is literally a one stop shop. You go in, you ship, and you're gone. Next to the post office is a great idea if you ask me....all those 5pm ah craps know what they are getting into. i'm not sure why they cop an attitude here at fedex but they do. i asked for some of the clear plastic shipping sleeves because i was out and i ship a lot here. the guys response was " you really should order them online". he had a stack right in front of him. there must be a good reason to inconvenience a customer that wants to use your services but i'm not sure what that would be? maybe it's some union issue? read more

My husband and I went in to ship something, and actually went back to this FedEx despite my last experience. While I did have a flash back or three prior to walking in the door I was pleasantly surprised by the employee (I can't recall her name). She had been with FedEx for years and had been relocated to the McLean store several months ago (she occasionally works at another location as well). She was super pleasant and helpful. I would give them five stars based on her pleasant demeanor, but I'm knocking off a star (I should probably knock off another...) because this woman was left alone to work at this location by herself (not a huge deal with a smaller location) and their isn't a restroom at the location. She has to lock the door and put up a sign and visit either the nearby Chinese restaurant or another nearby retailer. That lady deserves a raise!! read more

I agree with everybody else - I used this Fedex Office for printing. Parking was inconvenient, staff was totally unhelpful, facilities and equipment is VERY limited and it seemed to be more expensive than other Fedex Office locations. I'll drive to Falls Church or Tysons in the future. read more

I came into FedEx for a rush job. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. I was helped by Usshab. He was excellent! He helped me with the copier as well as the laminator and went out of his way to ensure that my rush job was perfect before I left. I would go back to this FedEx even though I live in Burke... Steer clear of this local business.. they are both incompetent and rude. If I could give this business 0/5 stars I would. I honestly never take the time to write Yelp reviews, but this extraordinary case warrants one because other customers deserve to know what they are getting themselves into if they make the unfortunate choice of choosing this print & ship center. They have the absolute worst customer service. I placed an order for a straightforward 150 page, black and white, coil bound packet. It was supposed to be ready at 2pm that day. When I went into the store at 4:30pm the only employee working there unapologetically informed me that they had not even started the job. When I asked if it would be ready by tomorrow he assured me that it would. When I called around noon the next day I was placed on hold for over 5 minutes. When someone finally answered my call they again told me that they "needed to look into the order" and would call me right back. 4pm rolls around and I have heard nothing from the store. So, I call again and speak to a new employee. I am again rudely informed that not only is my order not ready but it will not be until the next day at the earliest. Keep in mind that this is over 24 hours since it was supposed to be finished. No discount or real apology was offered. Needless to say, I cancelled my seemingly "impossible" order and will never step foot in that store again. read more

I had a terrible experience last week when I went in to ship a package. There was a extremely rude person leaning up against the self service desk blocking access to the envelopes and boxes. I said hello and excuse me and she just stared at me and did not acknowledge me at all. I left and returned at the end of the day with my own box. Now the same rude woman was behind the counter. When I saw her earlier I thought it was just a vagrant hanging out but she actually worked there! Again no greeting or acknowledgment that I existed. At least she was not singling me out because everyone who walked in got the same rude treatment. Getting her to assist me in determining the different shipping rates and options was not easy. In addition there was a sleazy character who did not look like an employee waiting for her to finish with me so they could lock up. It amazes me that these people are representing FedEx... read more

Quite possibly the worst customer service EVER. The gentleman referred to in the two previous reviews is truly rude and should not be dealing with the public at all. Sadly, I believe he is the manager which says much about Fedex and the people they hire. I too asked for Fedex mailing materials as I had no more at my office and he replied that I needed to order them online. A few weeks before Christmas I needed a large box and was told they were out of stock. I asked if he could order them and he replied "I will not this close to Christmas ... you'll have to find your own box". I use Fedex almost every working day, but I've now taken to dropping off my packages when I know the gentleman is not there (I recognize his car, prominently parked just in front of the office where, in an ideal world, a customer would be able to park). My colleagues have totally given up on this man and are now using UPS, USPS, etc. read more
