Instead, I got three copies on stuff card stock and it looked great. When I sought a frame I realized that it wasn't a standard size so I went back and asked if it could be done at 103%. The man did it and when I pulled out my wallet he said "Merry Christmas" and didn't charge. Pretty nice, I thought. They did not charge me for my own mistake even though I was willing to pay another ten bucks. By the way, they have lots and lots of copying and graphic-producing equipment. If you have a big job check them out.

When I called, the service rep that I spoke with was Kami. He understood exactly what I wanted and said they could create the image file. He recommended an image resolution and helped me manage my expectations of the outcome due to the documents age and folded contition. I received the scanned image just two days after mailing, asking for a review of the file. The scanned image looked better than the original - none of the fold lines were visible!
