These workers were not helpful at all. I had to convince them how to do their job, I travel around and work with a lot of fedex's rarely do I have issues with our corporate account but these people just would deny everything rather than come up with solutions, if any other fedex was open we would have went there. 9 times out of 10 fedex employees are helpful and problem solve but not this location. read more

I accidentally went through the side door which was open and no signage saying do not enter. When I realized what I had it was too late to back track. I made my way to the counter thoroughly embarrassed, I was told very rudely I went through their work station, she told me as she pointed to a door, several times "there's the front door"!!! I told her I was sorry but that didn't stop her from going off some more. She didn't come to my counter she just used a high voice, employees, customers and postal guy heard her. I have never in my 75 years been treated like that, I will never step foot in there again. No one said hello just a boy asked me if I wanted a receipt, I was sending a piece of luggage back so I had a big box I was carrying. I owned a very stressful business for 20 years, my employees knew better than treat our customers like that!!! read more

ZERO STARS! I will never spend another dime at any FedEx again. We got our wedding invitations printed at this location and they are AWFUL. Cut off on the bottom, they don't line up properly and they are not the right color. They charged me over $200 for 70 invitations that look terrible. A big part of my wedding ruined. read more

Expected a very important package Monday at 8pm (based off tracking information). 8 pm rolled around, nothing. Tracking then stated "Tuesday at 8pm" checked the mail and porch, still nothing. Tracking information was then of course....moved to Wednesday at 8. Then Thursday and now here we are on Thursday night. You guessed it, ETA is now FRIDAY AT 8! This is honestly absolutely unacceptable. If I can avoid FedEx at all in the future, I definitely will. Fedup with Fedex. read more

Went to this facility to have a big presentation printed and bound for distribution for customers, spending nearly $800. Presentation was roughly 30 pages and the handouts were numerous enlarged pictures. I should have gone thru the boxes when I picked everything up because during my presentation, it was made clear numerous pages were missing and others printed twice in each booklet. The good: It's a convenient location that has long hours. The bad: In my experience, the staff doesn't put forth an effort to be either welcoming or courteous. They're more like the opposite, lots of bad vibes, they're annoyed with you for interrupting their work behind that giant desk. Who checks the reviews before going to a FedEx Shipping center? Nobody. But maybe someone from FedEx gets wind of these reviews and makes the changes to give Midland a store with hard working cheerful welcoming employees like Midland deserves. read more

If I could give this FedEx location 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 1:15pm on Sunday the 25th and asked for it to be ready at 5:30pm on Tuesday the 27th. When I arrived I was told they did not have my order and that there was nothing they could do about it. Further, I was told that it wasn't their fault that it hadn't been printed because they "get a lot of emails." Isn't that the point at a print store? This is the second time this has happened and I mistakenly thought it would be different. Do not use this location if you have any other alternative at all. Completely unreliable. The only fast and efficient part of my experiences at this particular FED-EX is how quickly I can go from having a relatively mild Monday to mad at the world. It seems illogical that one simple stop in a busy day can negate any feelings of accomplishments that a person may have been satisfied to archive. There was not one person that was able to get through the shipping process without breaking some unknown rule. The staff shrugs as if the customer should have know the tight regulations of the FEX-EX packing and services. It is so bad that during my time at the Midland a FED-EX employee was corrected on the manner in which they were shipping a package. I have been to many wonderful FED-EX Offices and this place is a nightmare. read more

Customer service very poor. I asked for price on the letter because the fax prices are totally outrageous. I decided to mail and so I am looking around for a pen. Apparently, I had my cloking device turned on and the lady working there could not say... we just type the address in so you don't have to print the receipt. She even saw it in my hand. I said I don't have a FedEx account can I still mail? So I go out to my car to get a pen and lock my keys in at the same time. I go up to the counter to mail my document and the lady is gone. A man finally comes up to help me and that is when I find out I didn't even need to fill out the address form. I walked home and got my spare key. I will never go back. US post office is better than that service. Go out of business or get new people who actually care about customer service! read more

As I walked in one of the Young ladies stood very far away from me, I understand the social distancing is 6 feet away but this was way more than 6 feet and she did not want to come near me. As it was, I was having a hard time hearing her speak through her mask. I walked over to the printer, I followed instructions, it was not working correctly, I needed some assistance so I asked Margaret Wricks who I believe was the manager and she did not move from where she was standing, she acted as if it was too much out of her way to help me, and instead of looking at the problem and trying to fix it she just said that another lady before me had the same issue and left. I was like this is not good customer service, I'm not spending my money here and I'll never come back. I went to Staples everyone was kind, helped as needed, I was able to use their machine with no problems. read more

I have visited every other printing place in the Midland/Odessa area that I was recommended to go, I stopped into this FedEx location expecting to be turned away once again. The first girl I spoke to, young and hispanic, wasn't necessarily rude, but definitely wasn't helpful (this is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.) Accepting that I was going to have to rethink the design for my wedding invitations, I turned to walk out the door. On the way out, the manager, BJ, stopped me to ask if I had everything taken care of during my visit. He must have seen the disappointed look on my face and tone in my voice when I answered "no," and asked what I was looking to have printed. I showed him and he asked if he could try. After a few trial runs and little work, SUCCESS! He saved me from hours of wasted time, and my hand-stamped invitations look beautiful! THANK YOU, BJ! read more

Went in to have baby shower invitations printed off, Klarissa (Fed Ex employee) asked by when I needed something printed. Before she even knew what it was she said it wouldn't be till Monday. Mind you it was 5x7 invitations for a baby shower that I needed a total of 30. I handed her my thumb drive with the design on it that I had ordered and she said it would be over $25 for color copies plus a $5 fee. She didn't offer to size down the file since it was sent larger than 5x7. She didn't offer any kind of assistance or help whatsoever and only seemed like she was being inconvenienced by the hassle of waiting on me. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. Wouldn't want to inconvenience you to do your job! Going to Office Depot, should've started there in the first place since I had been told that Fed Ex employees there are rude, lazy and unhelpful beforehand. Lesson learned. read more

Hands down better price service and product than UPS. Black and white copies were .10 compared to .25 at UPS and the staff helped make my rush job much easier. I was able to print package and ship important documents in a very short time period and they walked me through all the way. Showed up to pick up a package and waited at front of line for over 15 minutes while employees were not helping people and were just doing other things. While I was waiting, the FedEx truck arrived and parked and started loading. By the time they finally got to helping actual customers they told me I was supposed to meet driver outside and now had to wait 30 minutes to get package. It would have been nice if the people working were actually doing their job and helping customers instead of ignoring the customers and keeping us waiting. Asked for 24x36 inch copies and they printed them in 36x36 paper leaving 6 inches on top and 6 on bottom. The employee that I sent to puck up did not know so she just paid for them. This is the 2nd time this happens. I live an hour away so the first time I did not bother to return. I called the front desk and asked if we were not submitting the order correctly and he said that you need to specify that you don't want 6 inches of white on top and bottom. If I order 24x36 I should get 24x36 not 36x36. read more

I was trying to mail my personal tax information, which is important.
