The person who was to open was 15/20 mins late. I get inside and there are more out of order machines than working ones. Opened three washers and they were dirty, one had standing water, two others had dry caked soap in them. Not usable at all. All the extra large washers were out of order. At least a third of all the other washers were out of order. I do around $30-$40 of laundry every week. If this laundromat doesn't improve greatly and quickly, I will be going some where else to do my laundry.

The staff is very personable and helped me with the card system provess. You pay $1.00 to purchase the card and then fill the card with as much as you want. Place was very clean and process went quickly. Medium load washers are $3.95 a load. Dryers $.65 for each 15 minutes. Felt pricing was fair and will return to do another round of laundry before we leave.

You can only reload your card with cash. Also the machines have weird costs that will leave your cash card with a remaining balance unless you try really hard to use every cent. Two load washers are $2.75, four load washers $4.95 (why the 95 right??), dryers are $0.65/15 min (65 come oon). Yep, my card is going to have money left over on it no matter what. They also have 'greaser' machines for those who have dirty oil&gas work clothes. They are more expensive to use. Oh, you could have fun with the quarter pushing gambling machine while you wait here. I actually saw some kids hit the jackpot there and they ended up with a ton of quarters. I was kind of jealous hahaha.

One - often the washing machines and/or dryers are out of service and with a family of six that can be frustrating. Two - the water was shut off one evening and there wasn't communication to the tenants affected and did not end up getting resolved until almost midnight. Given it was 40 degrees, I wasn't going to take myself or my toddler and infant to the showers available within the park. Three - we had an issue with a VERY rude employee but luckily her poor behavior was addressed and is no longer an issue. This was a HUGE step up from the park we stayed in previously and I will definitely be back to bring my boys in to visit because they love everyone.

I have been using Wash Em Up delivery and drop off service for service for several months, and was dropping them off and picking them up myself for a very long time before that, and the service is wonderful. The owner knows me and my husband by name, and he has the fastest service. Our clothes are always returned within 24 hours, and they'll even fold, iron and/or hang them to your specifications. We've used a lot of different places through the years to wash my husband's work clothes(greasers), and the employees at Wash Em up go out of their way to wash the clothes as many times as it takes to get them clean, and that is no small feat! The establishment is always clean and neat. Even on the off chance that I go there to do the laundry myself; there is always someone cleaning and caring for the machines, and the emplyees are so nice and friendly to everyone! Their prices are so reasonable, and it really saves me a lot of time as a busy mother and wife. The services they provide are top notch, and we'll never go anywhere else as long as their doors remain open! read more

Great place to do your laundry! It's clean and if you go on week day mornings you can do four loads in two hours! Can't beat that. Saturdays are their busiest days so avoid that day if possible. Nice, friendly staff and I love the special they have where you can start your own laundry and then for just $0.50 per pound they will dry and fold it for you! Awesome because I can start it and then go run all my errands without having to worry! Such a stress reliever! read more

I have been coming to wash and dry for about year now. Great place to do your laundry. Friendly staff. Its hard when you go from doing it at home, then having to go to a launrymat. Itry to go in the mornings, it works better for me. in and out in an hour, or so. Love it. Thanks for making it so pleasent. read more
