It's fine for a drop to ship. I've had mixed levels of service at this location, I'm finding that if you can prepare the shipment at home it is better. They are usually minimally staffed, so if doing more than a drop, prepare to wait. This is the only service I use at this location. read more

Another package for home delivery, not delivered to the home. The driver dropped all packages at the complex office, drove around to drop off tags after. Knocked on the door, but had immediately taken off & driven away. Then I watched as the truck drove straight out of complex. UPS doesn't try to hide even. They drop off at the office your package, then smile at you when they deliver the mail still. Really! If we had a yard they would deliver. read more

I had a very important document to print for an internship opportunity with a deadline, where I didn't know the printed portion was required to be printed and signed and uploaded since everything now is online. With the advent of paperless communication, copy centers are increasingly irrelevant in the business world. Powerpoint presentations can be wirelessly shared via an iPad or projected using HD projector. Resumes are submitted online, paper copies not required. However, if I need a paper copy of my kid's birth certificate, Kinko's, I mean "FedEx Office", will always have the solution for my copying needs. This is by far the best location of the bunch. Knowledgeable staff who actually care for your projects, big or small. I've heard customers driving out of their way to go here instead of using the Kinko's near their work or home. This place is so inconsistent and a waste of time. Put in an email order and didn't hear back from them. Called three days later and they apologized my email was "missed." Order was of a picture of something I bought, copied and saved as a PDF (Etsy). I was kind of drilled on what it was and what I was using it for. And I gave them my plans for the print, all for the gal to say she wouldn't print because of plagiarism. This is the whole purpose why you can buy digital downloads and/or scan. I kept talking with the team member as I have purchased many things from Etsy to print, my mom just printed out invitations a few days ago, and turns out "it just depends on what 'it' looks like" for if they want copyrights and permissions or not. I needed a presentation printed and bound last-minute. I called around 4 or 5 pm to ask if they could have it down before close (at 10 pm). They had to ask the manager to confirm. I was told they could have it done by 8:30 pm. I instantly emailed the presentation to their email. This normally would have not been so urgent, but I had to drive down to present in Des Moines for an early morning meeting. I showed up at 9:15 pm and was informed that they had scheduled the print for the next day. I asked if they could do it before close and was told they could not. This could be a one-off event, but it is enough that I can no longer do business with this Fedex location. I had to drive to a 24 hour Fedex and they had it done within 45 minutes. read more

I bought a large poster made of thick stock, tightly rolled, that I brought in to have laminated with grommets inserted into the corners. I brought it in a few hours before closing, and was leaving town the next day. The Fed Ex person who took my order (Theo) was very patient & professional in putting in my order, and said it would be ready the next day by noon. I came in next day to pick it up, and it was a Fed Ex gentleman named Mohamed that helped me and had done the work. It was indeed done, and it was just perfect. It had been pressed to lay flat, laminated & he trimmed it to my specifications. The grommets were placed just right. I could not have been more pleased. I give Mohamed the highest rating for his skill, and his professionalism too. Theo had been helpful too, in taking my order. Would definitely recommend, and would go to this location again to have a specialty job done. Excellent work. read more

Sent in an order to get something printed around 8:00. Got an email at 10:45 saying my order was ready. Showed up a little after lunch (~1:15) and the place was locked up already. Hours posted for today on both the FedEx website and their phone system were stated as 9AM to 6PM, but Google is saying they are closed. I came here to ship my packages and the manager put me w a trainee and left him alone to figure things out alone ...making boxing my things take soooo much longer that I ended up leaving with out getting my things boxed . This FedEx is right down the street from my house but I still will never come here again and I would never recommend coming to this fed ex . This location has terrible service. They try to rip you off by charging for "packing material" even if you have already have a prepaid fedex slip from Zappos. The UPS store NEVER charges for crumpling up some old pieces of paper for packing material. I mean, it's a pair of sneakers! What damage is going to occur to them if the box is not fully stuffed with packing (which it WASN'T when zappos shipped it in the first place). Anyway, I stuffed it myself with newspapers that I had in my car. When I tried to ship it, AGAIN, the creep at the checkout tried to force me to pay for more packing material because I hadn't stuffed the 1/2 inch space on top of the shoe box. If not forced to, I would NEVER use FEDEX. Always go to UPS - they are so nice and reasonable read more

The staff is super knowledgable and is even willing to hold your hand through a project to help you make the best and most cost-effective decision. This FedEx office is so unprofessional. The owner is rude and does not understand customer service - I would not recommend this to any, I would suggest going to the post office or another location. Do not support an establishment like this. Example, when walking into the store, the store is disorganized, cluttered, and does not have supplies needed to ship. Also, the owner does not understand USPS codes, UPS, and or FedEx. He is not accommodating nor professional. Also, this place is expensive....he charges for packing material, he isn't helpful and is RUDE. read more
