I want to start by saying I have many positive experiences at this location, but my most recent trip to this UPS visit pissed me off. I purchased chairs from Amazon that arrived in two boxes. We opened one box, didn't love the chairs and decided to return. I initiated the Amazon return without issue and selected UPS drop off (I believe it was my only option). I lugged these two heavy boxes to UPS, got them up on the counter and then was told that the original shipping boxes were not compliant with UPS standards.. I still have no idea what they mean.. one of the boxes wasn't even opened; if it was shipped to me like that, there is no reason it can't go back the same way! They tried to get me to buy larger "unmarked" boxes to put the boxes into... super fishy. I lugged my boxes home, called Amazon and the rep said she had never heard or such an issue with UPS. She scheduled an at home UPS pick up and my boxes were picked up without any issue! That reinforced my uneasiness even more and that is why I wanted to post this review so no one else gets ropped into buying boxes for boxes. read more

THE BEST and THE ONLY UPS store I trust with all my faxing needs. This is the ONLY UPS store that doesn't charge me until a fax goes through. At other UPS stores I always pay upfront....the problem with that is sometimes the fax doesn't go through, which happens quite often. Then I have to wait to get my money back. What a pain. This store also has the cutest, smartest, selection of cards...and at a good price. I used to go to Target to get my cards, but it's so expensive there like $10? come on.... the cards at this UPS store are good quality and they all cost around $3...never above! Worst Customer Service EVER! This franchised UPS agreed to apply my pre-paid, company UPS labels to the boxes containing my items and mail them to me as per corporate UPS policy. They the went back on their promise, violated UPS policy, and refused to use my UPS pre-paid labels as approved by corporate UPS. Instead, this UPS Store now demanded $446.57 to ship my items. They never provided any justification for ignoring UPS policy... My company ships with UPS all the time - but this store is absolutely awful...fortunately, there are other UPS stores in the same geographical area that these clowns service. We all know how stressful it is to go during lunch time to ship something. I got to the store last week I asked a few questions they answered me. I went today during lunchtime and customers were going in and out in and out still they served everybody within for five minutes max. They took their time to explain things to me prices detail shipments labels everything. They knew I was not shipping through them but I was just buying the box and the service for boxing it professionally. So while waiting five minutes for my 63 pound package should be ready I was watching people going in and out. They have even carts for heavy stuff to bring in and out. And I was worried about the transport I don't wanna carry something heavy. I've been to another UPS store a few miles west and I was opposite of impressed. This place was full of people different races different ages and they were all professional. I dealt with three different ones within four days and they were all very efficient. Even with other customers I could notice efficiency. I'm so jealous of this place. I should set such a model in my own business. Easy location and walk from parking is 10 yards! Plenty of parking spots. The place is very clean. read more

I decided to sell some shelves that I had. So I posted them on Facebook marketplace, and I got an immediate response from a woman. She agreed to my terms which was $100 plus shipping. I looked it up online and said and it said that shipping would be about $27. She agreed to that. So I packed it all up and brought it to the UPS store. It ended up being $44, but she agreed to pay for that too so I paid for it and left the store. A little while later I got an email from Paypal saying that I needed to deposit $450 into my PayPal account so that I could do business with a business account. So I texted her and I asked her if she thought this was a scam, and she said, no, she's run into this before. So, she agreed to pay the $450 then she asked me if I got an email from Paypal saying that it was there, and I said it was, she said I want you to pay it back to my Zelle account. So I go back to the email and I notice that it's from. PayPayPaln@Gmail. So far all of the emails that I received from them look legit. They had all the logos and all the right verbiage and nothing was spelled wrong. So I went back to her and I said. "Are you scamming me?" she said, no... "You just don't wanna pay back the $450 I just put in your account." so I immediately called Paypal, and found out that no this was not a legitimate email. So far I was out $100 for the package and $44 for the shipping. So I sat there for 20 minutes about to cry, and I thought to myself maybe they haven't shipped it yet. So I called the UPS store and she said she couldn't find it right away but why don't I come on down. So I go down there, I had a picture of the box. And I had my receipts, and they looked at everything, and agreed that I was legit. There were four people working there. Three of them went back into the warehouse and searched until they found my box. After about 10 minutes I was so worried they wouldn't find it, and then, lo and behold, they walked out with my box! They refunded my $44 to my account and they gave me back my merchandise. So because of them I was able to scam the scammer! These guys are the best, they could've told me to just suck it, but they all went out of their way to help me. I called that great customer service! By the way, I reported them to Paypal, Gmail, and the USPS as mail fraud. (she gave me her bank account number, her email, her address, and her phone number - stupid scammer!) read more

I have had really good experiences at this UPS with Amazon returns, shipping, and notary in the past. My most recent experience had me knock off a couple of stars. I went in last Wednesday evening at 6:20pm and there were 3 people working and 1 out of the 3 were helping customers. The other two workers were just standing around. There were no other customers in the store at the time except for the one being helped and myself. I asked for a document to be notarized and I was told you had to show up one hour before close to have this service. The store closes at 7pm. I asked why (since this is not posted on the website) and was given no verbal response but I did receive an eye roll. I can understand that these can be lengthy interactions so I asked the worker if I come in this coming Saturday what were the hours and could it be done. She replied yes and gave me the hours. I went in today and was told by a different worker that the notary person had left for the day and I should come back tomorrow and call to see if they would be there. I understand that this is a family business and would love for them to post when this service is available to help other customers! read more

Avoid if possible. A taping fee occurs if you need to close a box. The clerk said we don't have to charge you unless you have tape on you. I've been to several different UPS stores and I've never heard of this additional charge. Just a really bad experience. Feels extremely greedy read more

After trying 3 other poster printers, Ty Krause, the Print Manager here, spent about a half hour getting my home made poster just right. Then he gave me the final poster in a pdf file and printed 5 posters, all for only $25. I told him that wasn't enough for the work he put in to it. He said he knew I'd be back. And he is right! I was very disappointed with my last trip to this location. I have been shipping boxes here for years. This was the first time that I asked for a piece of tape to be placed on my box. I was told it would be 50 cents for a piece of tape. Being cold my tape dispenser in my vehicle was not at its' stickiest. Still, I went out to get it and taped the box shut myself. Seriously?? I have shipped easily 100 packages from this site and never asked for tape or anything. I am not sure that I will use them again in the future. There are other people that will take my dollars for packages without worrying about 2 cents worth of tape. read more

This is our local "go to" store. They can do everything for us and have proven time and time again that they're willing to do what it takes to make sure we leave satisfied. Everything from fighting with getting address labels printed in the right format for xmas cards, to packing and shipping some unique stuff to a friend across the country. They are always super patient and willing to work with me on whatever the project is. Word must have been getting around because they're often busy. Don't let that worry you... they're fast at moving the line through and yet still have no problems taking the time to address whatever specific need you have. We're visiting from Massachusetts and bought a gift for our son's birthday. The package was going to be both heavy and needed extra packing bc it's fragile. The owner, Randy, was so helpful in helping us find the least expensive yet safest way to ship it back home. He and his employees are so friendly and helpful, we left feeling like we made some new friends. I would work there if I could but the commute would be too long. Haha. The amazing Randy at UPS store recently coordinated the move of a mid century marble table from Minneapolis to Palm Springs. I've always had excellent service from this store for shipping. The staff there are always very friendly, helpful and efficient. This is my go to place for shipping. They have lots of parking close to the door so that is always nice especially when you have several boxes to ship. This fall - I was blown away with their customer service when I had to print out some flyers because my cat was missing (found now) - their employees were very patient and responsive to all my questions (I had asked about many different options for the posters because it was a really important poster of course), my flyers were ready within an hour and they had given me a discount when they received my file and saw the reason why I needed the flyers printed (without me even asking - their price was already very reasonable compared to other printers). Most importantly their employees were also really kind and sympathetic about my cat being missing so I would highly recommend this UPS store for printing and shipping.
