I had ordered some prints here and came and picked them up. They were suppose to be glossy but came out matte. They were able to reprint and recut for me but it did take awhile. The quality of the print is very poor in my option. It would have been nice if they gave me the misprinted copies just because they made me wait another hour but they didn't. read more

I went to this location on my break to return AT&T internet equipment. AT&T return instructions state that my equipment can either be returned to Fed Ex office stores or UPS stores without the need to pack or label the equipment. I entered the store at the Stones River location in Murfreesboro, TN. There was one person ahead of me. As I waited I noticed that there were 3 other employees standing around in the background. 2 customers walked in 3 minutes and 4 minutes after me and one of the employees went to their station to assist them. That employee never once asked 'who's next'! After that particular employee helped the 2 customers that came in behind me that employee asked me if I needed assistance. I said 'yes, I need to drop off my AT&T equipment. The person said we don't take those here...you have to go to a UPS store. I was confused by what the Fed Ex associate said so I went to the AT&T website to see the return instructions again...needless to say I was right and the person at the counter was wrong. I walked back in to the Fed Ex office store now already late for work and fuming a bit. A different employee asked if they could help me. I said 'yes' and went on to vent about the previous employee giving me wrong information causing me to lose my place in line and be late returning to work. This employee possessed my return. I asked this employee why the other employee seemed to be so inadequately trained? I didn't get a response. IMO the other employee was clearly in a delusional and imaginary state of mind that caused the employee to be more focused on perceived appearances than actual reality. I have been going to this store for years. Never had a problem with printing stuff before. It was a simple easy process. You would email them the information and they would print it for you. They have turned the simple process into a money making scheme! I went in to the store today, was greeted by The District Manager who was very nice. She helped me to send this complicated document. I then waited, was told my information hadn't came up. Finally I talked to someone else and gave her a code I had received in an email. She then explained that it would cost $2.50 to have them print something off. The other option is to use a printer and they charge you a $10 hold on your card. What the hell!? Why does it cost money for people to do their job? Why is their a hold for .40 worth of documents? I will not be coming back here or to any Fed Ex store again. Came here to overnight some important documents and was not disappointed with customer service! I was third in line with two employees working the front desk so I had to wait a short amount of time but was able to get going pretty quickly. They had 1 person working the night of 12/15/24. They are a package shipping store and this is right before Christmas. Poor management scheduling at its finest, but this guy was making the best of a poor situation. I had a small order for copies on color paper and card stock. He was so busy, I wrote up my own order, with my name and phone number # for any questions, even though it was very simple and straightforward. I was told to pick it up after 4 the next day. I came in about 4:45 and I was told by the manager working that the order had been ignored all day, because it wasn't written up by an employee. Not only did I have to wait for the manager with a poor attitude to run the order, it was run incorrectly. I was already running late and had to use the cutter, so I took it as is even though it will cause me issues later. Not only was I hit with the ridiculous $2.50 surcharge, I was also charged hand placement fees for every one of my laser printed, perfectly flat masters. When I asked about the 2 fees, the only response I received from said manager was "they are 2 different fees". Gee, thanks Einstein. They didn't appreciate being called out on overcharging me and messing up my very simple order. Here is some advice- NEVER look at a small, personal copy job as beneath you. That customer may also be responsible for national print jobs with very large budgets. read more

I work from home remotely for a company out of California. I always have business printing and shipping. The staff here is outstanding and always goes the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of. Even if I arrive with many padded envelopes to ship, they stay the course until everything is set. The other day it took over an hour for us to get everything done. Service is amazing! I went to have 2 posters laminated and after they completed that task and I was paying my bill the salesperson said there was an additional fee for same day service If your bill was over $50. My bill came out to be $51 so she tacked on another $15 since I had everything done that day. Since when does a business charge extra for same day service? Absolutely outrageous! I went into the Murfreesboro location to get a resume printed while running behind to a hiring event. I could not get my printer at home to work and was running behind. My wife had a previous experience that was great with Fedex Printing Store and recommended that I go there. I was in a rush and only had the resume and cover letter in my email, no flash-drive, and was not sure if I could even get it printed this way. I was waited on by a lady named Susan and she informed me I could email it to the store and she printed me three copies, and even recommended a resume folder from a great selection of folders and binders. The printing on premium paper was less than $4 after tax on premium paper. I highly recommend this business for there courteous, thoughtful, and expedited service. read more

I came in tonight (3-31) at around 10pm and it was surprisingly busier than I thought. Every time I've come, regardless of time the service has always been perfection. Tonight was no different. Judy who was the associate working was the only one here and she was going back and forth attending to everyone. She did it with poise, patience and a great attitude. Thanks to FEK for completing a book binding job for me in 5 hours. Originally, I went to Office Depot and they gave me a bunch of garbage that it couldn't be done, they were backed up, didn't have the staff to get it done by the next morning. I called FEK, spoke w Judy, who was very helpful. Told me it could definitely get done by next morning. To my surprise she called later the same day to inform me that my 26 books were bound.
