Both sales representatives were young men and they stood quickly to their feet as soon as I touched the door. I was delighted at their level of commitment to service--and manners as I am a lady of a certain age (but you didn't hear that from me!) I said it has a prepaid label and thanked them. The one fella commented that he liked the message on my t-shirt which is a social commentary that I knew would draw controversial attention. But....there you go! My family and I have used Wax Family Printing for years...close to a decade. We have used their services from everything from large church related orders of printing and web design, hosting, maintenance, etc to smaller one-off orders for a small side business I have started. I have used their printing services for my regular "day job" and I am considered kind of a paper-snob and they always deliver. They are on-time, they have met us after hours for delivery of print jobs and even delivered to our home after hours (the after hours things were NOT their fault - they pulled strings to get things done earlier than would be normal.) They are always courteous and a pleasure to work with. When they do make a mistake (hey - they're human) they own it, fix and make it right. Everything that should be done. As a professional photographer, I often rent camera lenses and camera bodies. It's the best and…read moreleast expensive way to try out new equipment before purchasing it. I'm really glad to have this place so close to home. They also ship equipment for those who are out of town, but I love the convenience of being able to pick up and drop off locally. The staff is friendly, and you can reserve your equipment online or over the phone. You can pick your equipment up after 3 PM the day before and it's due before noon the day after. My only complaints are the parking and no straps for the camera bodies. The parking situation is a bummer, but you can usually find somewhere to park in the street while you run in and grab your equipment as long as you don't stay there long. When I rented a camera body a couple weeks ago, they didn't include a camera strap which is just asking me to drop it. I primarily shoot with my 70-200mm, and that thing is just too heavy to constantly carry in my hand and worry about dropping. They need to include neck straps with the body rentals.
