This location has always been a bit lack luster; but today was the last straw. I don't make a fortune and cannot afford the best new face mask for the Covid mess, so I use a piece of cloth (it is actually part of an old tee shirt). When I walked in tot he store today the manager told me I needed a mask to enter. I told her that I had a cloth face covering, which is what the state has mandated. She said, 'Well I say you need more than an old rag on your face to come in here.' I was embarrassed and feel as though she shamed me and I was discriminated against due to not being able to afford some fancy mask. read more

My daughter sent me a package. I did not receive any notice by email or phone message that the package was available for pick up. I did receive a message that the package was held for five business days and was being sent back and was at my local airport. When I asked for it to be rerouted they said they couldn't do it. The customer service supervisor got belligerent with me and asked what FedEx did wrong and I said you didn't contact me. UPS will now be my main shipper. FedEx has lost any of my business completely. I'd like to talk about competence. Specifically, the lack thereof. This Fedex location, coupled with the Ground Center on Philadelphia Rd., has had me running around for almost a week trying to get my package. From moronic employees mislabeling and misplacing packages, to an absolute refusal to do anything without your fifty-seven digit tracking number, I have been frustrated to the breaking point here. While waiting in line, one employee actually let TWO women go ahead of me. Look, I get it, I'm a dude, and you may need to possibly get a number or something, but there is an order to things! I don't get too many one-star reviews...I'm a pretty generous guy, and I try and see the best in people. But this place, this awful, hellish place...I just want my damn contacts. I still don't have them. Avoid this place, and, if you can, avoid using FedEx in general. But especially avoid going here--incompetence galore. read more

Been waiting 3 days for a package that was supposed to be out for delivery....literally watched the guy the first day it was supposed to be delivered sit in front of the house for a minute and just sat there....diddnt get out of the truck or anything and then drive off. Guess im not getting my package. Not sure what good getting updates for deliveries and times are if no ones gonna follow through with any of them. Often times in the service business the people we work with have no idea how much of an impact they have had on our day. I'm a licensed mortician and in my business we get ONE shot to make sure that a person is as accepting as they can be when it's time to lay their loved one to rest. Today a client I was working with called me and was deeply upset because a necklace that he wanted to see his wife wearing at her funeral was not there and we had just shipped his loved one from Maryland to Alabama. I had the necklace in my possession as it was removed at the time of his wife's passing. The client was in a state that was 14 hours from us, and the funeral was scheduled less than two days from now. I called Fedex and the gentleman I spoke to told me to try and hurry into the facility as the delivery truck would be there soon. When I arrived, I was sick to my stomach thinking about this poor man laying his life to rest and doing so without the necklace that he requested his wife wear, it meant everything to him. I was holding off tears because I was so upset. A young man looked at me and asked if he could help me. I said I had just called in and I need to catch that truck that is sitting outside and it is so important. The young man looked at me and said, "Yeap, let's make that happen!" I wanted to break down because this was so important to the man laying his wife to rest. The person on the phone and the representative at the store were great. I wanted to share this because that staff may never know what they did, but if they do see this, they should know that they made a lonely man smile at his wife's final rite of passage. Had to ship and Xbox One back to Microsoft. Since I couldn't use the original shipping box, which would have made this a free shipment, the FedEx agent decided to use a massive box and packing without telling me, then charged me $20+ for it. This was supposed to be a free, prepaid shipment back to Microsoft. read more

I bought an item from nearby NJ town about three hours away - they shipped by FedEx. Not only did it go 4 hours in another direction ( Hagerstown ) but when it arrived at the White Marsh location on the 12th. it still was not delivered by the 17th. I was told it would be delivered by the 19th.. They decided to hold my package for 7 days when I only live 10 minutes from the location and they will not allow me to pick up.. What a piss poor way to run a company.. I will never personally use FedEx and will let others know to use a more reliable service to get package delivered - seems to me like FedEx has a bunch of kindergarten kids running the warehouses. read more

I'm not sure if the other reviews were old or not but I had a completely positive experience! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and my needs were tended to by multiple people from the staff. Everyone was nice and pleasant and the service was timely. I would come here again! read more

The team member Nuh D. was not happy and could of cared less to try to help us. He had an attitude when we asked him to retake our daughters photo. We were charged $15.85 for two 2"x2" photos. I think it's a ripoff. I don't recommend at all. read more

We were so happy with the phenomenal service we had from Edvins at this location. We had a study that we were starting on Wednesday. Tuesday evening about 15 minutes before you were closing we came in to make copies. The copies ended up taking longer than we hoped but your staff helped us quickly get the copies we needed and made sure we had them all before we left so we were ready for our study the next day. He was so pleasant the entire time and so helpful. Thanks so much to you and Edvins for meeting our business needs and allowing us to best service our customer!! read more

I stopped by this FedEx to get some documents printed. An older, white man was behind the service desk denied my request, reason being that "we have other orders we need to take care of and you can do it yourself at the copier machines." He did not even ask about my order, such as page dimensions, size, file type, etc. When I asked about what different types of papers were available, he ignored my question, reiterating how he couldn't tell me because he was working on other orders and I could find that out myself. Now, I visit FedEx regularly to print out documents and I have always had employees help me print my files. I couldn't believe an employee refused to do his job let alone tell a customer he is "too busy" when I was the ONLY customer in the store and there are other employees. Surely it wouldn't have killed him to take a few minutes to do his JOB-but his attitude surely convinced me it would. But I guess I was asking him to do too much for his meager hourly earnings. I couldn't believe his stubborn refusal so I left. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with the lazy and ignorant. read more

Terrible. I've tried to give this place a couple of chances. Went in two weeks ago to print out invitations and the lady behind the counter cut them wrong. Went back today to print another item from the self help computer but my hard drive didn't show up. When I asked the man working he just said "they normally work" and walked away. I then asked him for assistance behind the counter and he continued to act like he didn't wish to help me. I had to leave with nothing printed. read more

These people are incompetent. Attempted to have one of our employees receive a fax at this location while traveling for business only to be told that it wasn't received twice however, we received confirmation on our side on both attempts. Resent a 3rd time and they told him it could take up to 2 hours (hmmmm? really?). Instead I requested to email-to-print and he inquired as to their process, they said such a service "wasn't possible because they didn't have permission to access someone's email and print for them." ARE YOU KIDDING, DOES THAT SOUND LIKE WHAT WE WERE ASKING TO ACCOMPLISH?!?! And this was a manager! I then called said manager myself and I was met with rudeness and an extreme display of incompetence, at one point even displaying an attitude commenting "what are you not understanding?" LMAO! I then explained FedEx Office's printandgo@fedex.com process and also that FedEx Office even has an app for the service for Apple, Android, etc.if needed and we utilize the process nationwide on a weekly basis. She then attempted to back-peddle and said "well you asked us to print from your email, you didn't ask us if we could print from email sent to us." AVOID THESE MORONS AT ALL COSTS! There's a Staples around the corner that actually has employees with intelligence and not only display but can spell the word courtesy. read more
