Monday (4/6) at about 5 p.m. I arrived at this UPS store needing to buy a couple items to finish packing my delivery safely but I was told this location doesn't ship USPS ground advantage because the shipping label I had said "USPS Ground Advantage" on it. I was told I had to take it to the post office and that UPS would not be able to ship it. I asked if I could still purchase some packing materials and I was told it's too expensive and not worth it to purchase from this UPS store. I left with no intention to ever return to this poorly run location. All I heard was excuses and reasons to not perform the duties the employee is paid to perform. read more

I've been a loyal customer of this UPS store since it opened because the staff used to be friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. I went to drop off a large flat package just before closing on Sunday, and one end wasn't taped because I was in a rush. After waiting in line, I placed the box on the counter. The woman working there told me I needed to tape it myself, buy a new roll of tape, or pay them to do it. A younger staff member kindly offered to tape it for me, but she ignored him and kept insisting I take the box home to tape it and come back. I was surprised they wouldn't offer a quick strip of tape to help seal the box, especially for a regular customer. The lack of courtesy and basic customer service was disappointing. So, I took my package to another UPS store nearby, and they kindly taped it up for free--no hassle. P.S.: My previous review was a 5-star rating a few years back. read more

Horrible customer service!! Tape was loose on one end of my package and was told I could buy tape for $6 or they would tape it for $5. I did not need a roll of tape or $5 worth of tape just a small piece to rescue a loose end. Nasty guy always an attitude! I never leave reviews but I had to leave one about this establishment. The franchisee Darryle Edwards is the most direspectful business owner that I've ever dealt with in my life. I had to drop a package off but I needed a label printed. He threw my box to the side and told me to email the label to the email address on the card. When I asked him for the email address he wouldn't even look up from his computer to show me where the email address on the card was. He acted like he had better things to do than deal with a customer when there was only one other customer in the store. When I complained and told him I would just take it somewhere else he raised his voice at me and got very aggressive and said you say you're going some where else than go. If the owner of the business acts this way I can only imagine how his employees would do under the same circumstance. If you look at his reviews his aggressive nature is documented multiple times through out Yelp.He does not care about his customers as his attitude shows.I will be notifying UPS of this incident read more

Been to the store on dozens of occasions and never had a problem. Sadly it is normally only people that have issues that leave reviews so I figured I would leave this one. I always use this location because it's like 10 minutes from my house and I've had nary an issue. I pop in, drop off my pre-purchased and labeled items, get my receipt/sticker, and go home. Nine times out of ten I am in an out in under a minute. Perfect. Thank you for making my transactions quick and painless. ^_^ Keep up the good work gang. read more

I've been in this store on several occasions where it just made me realize they don't care. Store has a policy to charge $5.00 to tape a box or you can buy a small roll of tape for a little more. Literally saw someone say they didn't have any money and just asked if they could still tape it. The only reason the customer got the tape was I and another customer volunteered to pay for it. Today, I get there as the store is closing. I walk in to hear a man yelling out "We're closed." I thought they weren't closing until 30 minutes, later and the door wasn't locked. I grumbled but left. As I'm getting into my car to leave, I see the same person holding open the door to let a customer in to mail their package. Now I'm upset so I confront the guy and his epic response is that she was there 5 minutes ago so she was there before they closed. Not in the store when I was in there, but she was there before they closed. It would have taken maybe 2 minutes to scan what I had but they couldn't be bothered. If I could do zero stars I would. I just moved to the area and went to my closest UPS store. They refused to take my Amazon returns. They told me I needed to buy a box and envelopes for them before they would return them. I offered to show them what it says on Amazon, that UPS stores take Amazon returns, and that I don't need to box or label them. Amazon as says to just show them the return code and The UPS Store will take care of the rest. as it happened, I was speaking with the owner, and he refused to even talk to me after I said that he was wrong and I wanted to show him what Amazon shows the policy is. as I left the store, other workers, but it into a conversation that wasn't theirs and told me to get out in front of customers even. Found this little gem of a UPS store one day when shopping. I wasn't sure about the area but google maps got us there. On first look at the building you don't expect much. I walked in and noticed there were 2 people ahead of me and one person working the counter. Then several more people came in and fortunately I was next in line. I went to his booth and he asked politely what he could help me with ? I explained that I had 2 returns for Amazon and showed him my cell phone confirmation, he scanned each item and the barcode for each item. And..that's all folks!! I will say the store was clean, handicap accessible and parking. I was also quite happy with the assistance that I received from the gentleman who assisted me & would give him 5/5 for customer service. Overall an easy transaction & 1st time I was there (1-daytime & 2evening). Each time I felt safe and that's saying a lot in these days!! Overall-5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Customer service 4/5 only because they definitely needed more people working. That said...I will be using this place for my shipping for now on. No more snail mail from the post office locally, all I'm sending is going by UPS!!! read more

First, I had just been at this site a day prior to this. I was returning an item that was 100% ready to ship back to the vendor. I stopped in to ship this item which was a fairly large box. I had spoken to the young man the day prior. I walked in with the box in one hand ready to go & my 12lb Poodle in my other hand. (I never let him walk around in stores) other that Petsmart). I was told I could ship the package but he couldn't have a non-service dog in the store. My 12 lb dog that I was holding isn't a threat to anyone. The guy said it was fine to " leave my dog in the truck by himself"...... I said I cannot leave him in the truck by himself with all the nosey Karens out here these days. Terrible customer service. witnessed store manager/owner yell at a customer while she was on phone with an attorney having legal documents notarized. when customer interacted with him he continued to call her a Karen. I carried in a 60 pound package to be returned and after waiting in line for several minutes, I was told that I could purchase tape for six dollars or they could tape it for five dollars. I have shipped hundreds of items from other UPS stores and have never been charged to tape a package. read more

Darryle, the owner and Mr. Bob, the sales associate provided excellent customer service and assured me that my packages would be safe for travel. I dropped a package off at 11:45AM Wednesday 9/16. I was the only person in the store besides one clerk. The clerk screamed "Hey buddy you need a mask to come in here" which I was holding in my hand. THE CLERK HAD NO MASK ON HER FACE. I said "well it doesn't look like you are wearing one and I am just here to drop off this package." She said "I have a mask on right here, on my CHIN!" She completely acknowledged it wasn't covering her mouth or nose, which was quite laughable. I set the pre-labeled package on the counter top and she walked over and grabbed it, I left the store. My package disappeared. No history of my package ever being there. I called the store this morning, a young lady assisted and was very pleasant, promised to look into it and resolve it. The issue was they never took down my information. I called a second time and spoke with a man that acted like dropping off a package and not waiting for a receipt was malpractice. I've done this at 5+ UPS locations regularly (I do have a business agreement with UPS, never had issues like this). He asked me what I wanted and asked if he would please review the camera footage. He said he would get back with me (not asking my name or phone number). I asked when I could expect him to contact me back and his response was "I have NO idea." At this point I think I will have to file a claim with UPS against the store. Terrible experience and presumably theft at this location. read more

I have had multiple packages delivered there for pick up. They notify me when the package has arrived and are quick to retrieve it for me.

Originally impressed with polite customer service during a recent visit. However, the packages sent were returned due to insufficient recipient information in the address. The owner refused any compensation & admitted no wrong doing on trainee clerk's part for not simply copying the 4 line address from my packages into the UPS labeling system. During the transaction, I was not asked to confirm the information, although I signed a digital screen. Had I asked to check the clerk's work for accuracy, I would have easily caught the error. Completely lacking in customer resolution & low standards of employee training. BEWARE - use at your own risk read more

Why run a ups store and advertise "we are the packing expert" if you don't want to deal with packing stuff for people so it can be shipped ups. I was asked what could the do for me and I replied I need to ship this product ups red, the guy kinda look at me like he was wanting more info so isaid i've got a company account # from the company I work for. He said "ok well we'll have to see if that account # is any good first" right then I knew he didn't want to fool with what I had. Then he came out from behind the counter and measured what I had and went back behind the wall and look around for a second and said "l dont have a box that that will fit in" if he was a packing expert like they have posted all inside their facility he would have known that u can take 2 boxes to make 1, we do it all the time where I work at, and ship stuff through ups on a daily bases at the factory I work in. Bottom line is he didnt want to pack pr deal with what I had. So ill use a different ups store and see how that go read more

I did not know that a new UPS store had opened in this shopping center. To start, there is plenty of parking, the store is brand new and clean, and the employees are incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient. My experience at this store is unlike any other UPS Store that I have visited in the past and I assume that this has something to do with good management. This is now my preferred UPS Store location, even though it is a good two miles farther than the closest UPS Store. They're definitely doing something right here! read more

I placed a print order on 10/6 at 10:09am with due date of 10/6 4:30pm received an order confirmation #273130 I decide to give them additional time to complete the job, and showed up on 10/7. The person on duty says "I don't have any orders". "If you have the documents you can place the order now". That defeats the purpose of placing an online order so you can arrive at the location pick up the completed job and be on your merry way. read more

Awful customer service. Darryl who is apparently the owner feels the need to raise his voice at customers and say things like "what do you want me to do with that?" In a condescending tone when presented a shipping label. Darryl seemed to get a charge and really seemed delighted when he said he wasn't going to serve me because I called him on his terrible attitude. I guess it's empowering for someone who is stuck at a dead end job to kick a customer out of the store. I'll make sure to let UPS corporate know how lovely Darryl was to deal with.
